This is an awesome pizza spot. The workers are friendly. I usually feel guilty getting pizza, but this spot makes me feeling good after. Most times, you'll order pizza that's doused and dripping oil. Prontos pizza isn't oily at all. I usually get the supreme pizza and it's stacked with a bunch of veggies and goods. They have different pizzas as well like the Hawaiian, meat lovers, and vegetarian. I definitely want to try their other pizzas, but I'm loyal to their supreme. read more

The last five times that I've ordered here I've noticed they keep forgetting the blazing bean sauce when I order online. Prices have increased significantly from 3 years ago as well. I used to come here for get pizza at a great price. But now it's looking like a pizza chain that skimps out on the pizza sauce and forgets to add certain things. I come here because the pizza is good and price is ok. Today I order my pizzas for my family at 7:15pm. The site says it will be ready in 15 mins. This never happens and always have to wait longer when I get here. Today I got here almost 45 mins because I had some errands to run. I go in and they can't find my order. They look it up and she tells me that the system doesn't work and doesn't populate the orders from online. So now I need to wait another 15 mins because they refunds. I asked if I could at least get something extra for this error. Since it will be an hour and there isn't any other orders coming. She told me no and she can't call the manager either because they are not working to day. So for future reference, make sure you call and place your order directly with them. read more

(1) When we first walked in, we heard the lady tell the cashier to sell the old pizzas for $1 off discount to get rid of them first. (2) The cashier (guy) was really nice but the rude lady in the back who seems to be the manager looked me in the eye and gave our pizzas to the wrong customer.(3) It was only supposed to be a 15 minute wait but we ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour. Pronto Pizza, reading all these good reviews about this place made me come and try their pizza. I am not a stranger in the area where it is located, in fact I go to the nearby market often. And so I arrived, and the parking was full. It only has limited parking spaces. While you can park in the parking lot in front of Super king, you have to bear the hassle of walking thru this place, not far so it won't be a burden to some. I entered the pizza parlor, and I saw no one, I could hear 1, 2 people working in the back, but I couldn't see their presence. And so, I knocked the counter, and while waiting for the staff, I was looking at their pizza menu, and you can only choose from cheese or peperoni, and I was like that's it?!!! And a guy came out and asked my order, I said ummmm ummmm peperoni??!!. (coz no other choices except cheese) The price is low cost and the pizza is "cheap". The pizza was okay, but for 5 dollars compared to Little Caesar's, it's no better. The location is something...a place for beggars? Yes, it is a hangout place for such. I was asked for coins, and since I don't, and never use cash in years, I said- sorry, I don't have coins. The guy replied bad words, in my face. These pizzas are ridiculously cheap and deliciously soft! I got the Hawaiian pizza and some cheese bread and we all got full quickly. The only thing that kinda confused me was the fact that the "large" pizza looked like a medium pizza lol. The one topping "large" pizzas are 5 bucks but the other ones like the one I got were about 7 bucks so it's about the same price with Little Caesars the only difference is that this place is wayy tastier and it smells good lol Anyways if you're like me and are looking for a new place to get your pizza from try this place. It infuriates me that this place removed the five dollar pizza option from the menu as this was the only reason I bothered to eat here in the first place. Th service can be atrocious at times, but its what you'd expect from a place where a majority of the workers are in their teens and in high school. When it comes to the other menu items, there isn't really much to offer aside from the typical chicken wings, bread sticks, and cheese bread, so this fact alone makes it unrealistic for me to eat here when Little Caesars down the street does the same exact thing, but better and for a lower price! Don't get me wrong, Pronto provides good average-level pizza, but the reality of the matter is that I would never go out and essentially load the pockets of a restaurant that overcharges for underwhelming pizza. Drop the price back down to five, and I would definitely recommend, but until then - if it even happens at all - stay away and look to greener pastures! read more

This place is what it is cheap pizza that is good for comfort. Don't compare this place to like a CPK or Pieology ... it does what it's meant to be. It's not fancy or anything. They also give coupons on their website for discounts or free stuff like breadsticks. Cheese was plentiful and gooey and the crust was pretty decent. I have only gotten the pepperoni here so can't talk about any of the other toppings. Parking is easy as it is located in a big lot. However it was a little bit sketchy at night when I went so I advise if you are an attractive female you might not want to go alone when it's dark. I'm really surprised no one has reviewed this place yet. It is on the corner of Magnolia and Cerritos next to a laundry facility, and a very popular market known as "Kings". The parking lot is pretty gross and and there is a lot of trash on the ground. Don't let the parking lot fool you though, the place is really clean inside and the staff is pretty friendly. The place is popular for it's large pepperoni pizza for $5 deal. It only has one size pizza which they call a large, but it is really more like a medium, but it still an excellent deal. They offer breadsticks, and a cheese bread as well. Pizzas can be ordered fresh, or you can get pre-made ones and just pick it up. Even the ones that are ready to pick up are pretty fresh. There is no where to eat there, so it is for take-out only. This place is a seriously awesome deal. The pizza is very tasty and the dough is sometimes a little too soft though. The pizza is a little greasy, but not too bad at all. You can add all the typical extra ingredients for an extra $1.50 each. They also have extra sauces like garlic sauce, marinara and others for about a dollar extra. If you are looking for a good meal, and are on a budget, this is the place to go. read more

I loved this place. I grew up around the corner from this place. Man did they give Little Ceasers a run for their money. $5 pizzas with cheese or pepperoni. They made amazing pizzas, no shortage of anything. However, in recent years with the rise of all the costs of food and the cost of labor, they have had to increase there prices just a bit. Not much but you do notice that they use less cheese then they used too and less ingredients over all. This isn't a knock on the place. They make a great pizza and it does turn out to be cheaper then if you go to the big name stores. The pizzas in my opinion are 10x better then those of Little Cesar's. The place is usually always busy, the customer service isn't anything special because they have high school kids manning the register. The place is little so you have to take out. I understand why the business has cut back on ingredients and how much they put on, but its isn't what it used to be, and im not rating it on how it used to be but what it is. Probably better than Little Ceasar's $5 pizza. Its a little place where the oven is right in front to display. They also have wings, cheese bread and regular breadsticks as you would see with every other pizza joint. Ordered the regular pepperon. The crust on the pizza nice and soft, the cheese was good quality. The pizza overall wasn't greasy! Their breadsticks are ten times much better too than Little Ceasars. They are soft although it is a bit buttery but who cares, its a breadstick! Bought my 5 dollar pizza with my breadsticks and all together with tax was under 8 bucks. They have extra cheese or other toppings on the counter for an extra 79 cents each to take home. The crust won me over, I am coming back to Pronto Pizza, very soon. read more

This is my go-to place for cheap and delicious pizza. It's always fresh, hot and ready for walk-ins (pepperoni only). And for the price of $5 for a large pepperoni pizza, you can't beat that. What now, Caeser?! Their cheese pizza (one cent cheaper than the pepperoni) and cheese bread are also tasty! The place is in an area that looks ghetto. I guess that makes me ghetto. The good thing?
