This is one of the smallest In-N-Out locations I've been to. The day my family and I stopped by, it was extremely hot outside, and I hadn't checked the reviews beforehand, so I didn't realize there was only outdoor seating. We placed our order and, once our food was ready, found a table outside. Thankfully, the food was delicious enough to make me forget about the warm weather! The service was also great. The lady who took our order was friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience. One thing to note is that the restrooms are also located outdoors, and you have to cross the drive through lane to get to them. It's definitely something to keep in mind, especially if you're visiting with kids or on a particularly hot day. Despite the limited seating, I still think this location is worth stopping by if you're in the area. The food and friendly service definitely made our visit a good one! read more

I usually come to this place pretty often since it's on my way home. For me, the food is always tasty, fresh, and consistent. I also like that they have options like Protein Style and other customizable items, which makes it easy to order the way I like. The service here is friendly and fast, and overall the quality feels reliable every time I visit. The place is also clean and well maintained, and the prices feel reasonable for what you get. This In-N-Out location is a disappointment compared to every other location I've been to. I ordered four extra patties with my meal, but they forgot to include them. I went back to the counter, and they only gave me one extra patty. I returned again and explained that I had ordered four extra patties, not one. Instead of fixing the mistake, they asked for my receipt. I had already thrown it away after receiving my food, and they refused to correct their error without it. I even showed them the single extra patty they had given me, hoping they'd realize the mistake, but they still wouldn't help. The staff seemed inexperienced and more focused on the receipt than on making things right. Ordering four extra patties isn't complicated, and this could have been resolved with a little common sense and better customer service. This was by far the worst experience I've had at an In-N-Out, and it's a shame because the other locations are usually excellent. read more

Dylan at the register has an amazing smile and amazing service. Junior and Angel were also very pleasant and attentive. I live closer to the one at the Block, but will drive to this location because it's so much better in every aspect; cleaner, friendlier, and doesn't overcharge me for a pup patty. Very sweet staff working here. I arrive the other day circa midnight. This location appears smaller than the usual locations I go to, but my kiddo is hungry and I have gift cards so we are rolling with it. Staff members were super kind and honestly they were quick. They have a line in the drive thru and walk-in orders (I chose to walk in). I don't wanna hold y'all, I had a questionable experience at another location and In N Out was quick to acknowledge, address and try to rectify after I called corporate. I chose this location because it could be a different experience than the original location I went to and it was on the way home. They are VERY fast. They are VERY kind. One of the staff members gave me my order and I asked for spread. "How much spread would you like?" Imagine a moment where you say a lot by not saying anything at all. And your facial expressions here are important. The staff member understood the assignment and gave me additional spread. I had surgery on my right leg so I usually travel seated behind the driver with my leg up since my knee currently bends at only 60 degrees. I went to this location after running a couple errands with today. After being waved into the left lane, we assumed the 2 lines in the drive thru would merge, but asked the girl to be sure..... they do not. My mom told her she could not reach across the passenger seat to pay. The girl directing traffic replied, "can't they just pay for you in the back??" My mom said I couldn't and she just stared like she didn't get it. I spoke up and said, " I had surgery, I can't reach either!" She sighed, and tried to wave us through repeatedly to the next lane when we didn't fit between the cars. Finally she told the car next to us, " can you back up?!" Why does this In-N-Out have the worst drive-thru? Their lines can look short, but service is so slow. And the lanes don't even move at the right order. Sometimes I arrive and I'm served well before others in the other lane that ordered before me. Most times, I'm actually out of luck and I'm in the slow lane. 4-5 cars that come after me and order after me leave with their order before I do. It's insane lol. Other In-N-Out locations I frequent aren't like that at all. It's more organized. Also, they don't make good tasting In-N-Out burgers or fries here. My buns are always so soggy because it's not toasted enough. Fries are also so undercooked compared to other locations. It's so inconsistent here. Idk man, I try not to go to this In-N-Out. I've only been to this location a couple times, but have been consistently impressed by the service, food quality, and that my order is always complete (ie utensils) and correct here. I was having a rough day and decided to treat myself to a burger after a long commute. I was helped by Junior who took my order and Serenity who received payment and got me my food. It is so rare, especially in an industry as tough as food service, to meet two consecutive warm, friendly, and helpful individuals. They were efficient and quick, their upbeat attitude and smile absolutely made my day. The impact of treating others with kindness and customer service is so undervalued these days.
