Came by to pick up 20 chicken bites for a potluck at work this morning. Order was ready and waiting for me at the counter when I walked in to pick up. Requested condiments were in the bag. Flavor for the bites was just not there. The only memorable time I have of these bites being quite yummy was over two years ago in LA.

Cobb salad missing what I asked for

So I decided to try chik fil an again ordering a Cobb salad and once again I get something I can't eat. I don't eat avocado and asked for herb ranch x2. I got avocado lime ranch x1. Apparently depending on what day and what staff they continue to screw up my order. I'm done

Great location. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Frosted Lemonade is a must try and it is so good!

restaurant claims 'mobile order only lane' is a 'breeze' but they make you merge with the other 2 drive thru lanes

haven't been here in months because they didn't fix the drive through lane issue. and i'm pretty happy. blessing in disguise. here's your one star because there is no zero stars

I've been waiting awhile for their location to move to the center of the lot, previously a vacant building, and they finally did! It's a little confusing on how to get to the new drive thru but I guess I'll just have to get used to it. The entrance to the drive thru is on the right side and it you're coming from beach you'll have to watch our for the "do not enter" signs in the parking lot. Chick fil A always has top notch service with the memorable catch phrase "my pleasure." This location was no different. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Food came hot with the sauces we ordered. Everything was great. The inside is very big too, no playground, but a lot of inside seating. The drive thru had 2 lanes making it super efficient. Great spot. Location is also very good and easy to spot off beach.

Ordered strips and got not strips

Really sad the fries were so salty I couldn't eat and they got my order completely wrong. After realizing I wasted money on inedible fries and dry old end of the day chicken turds, I came back and they didn't want to refund my whole order then had the audacity to tell me that I need to calm down, I'm not happy at all. She didn't refund the fries because that's how they come but I've never in my entire life had been served such salty fries at Chick-fil-A. They just over salt them so they don't have to make new ones, they probably didn't want to make new chicken strips and just gave me what they had on hand, left over snicklefritz crappy af chicken bits.

The food and services is always amazing but when it was time to pay and scan my rewards app Kaitlyn was so rude and just mad she had to be there. She smacked my drink and table sign onto the counter. Very disappointed

The shakes are never mixed to where they are an equal balance and it's always chunky with big pieces too hard to pull up the straw. It's like eating soft serve ice cream. Idk if I'd call it a shake. Chicken Sandwich is solid choice. Frosted lemonade is solid choice. Fries are cool. Shake needs work

I admit not having been back to Chick-fil-A for a long time. One reason was the insane long line at the drive thru. But now that the new building is open and things have worked out for a greatly improved drive thru, it was definitely time to get back. We found no serious lines to speak of and ended at the left drive where Donovan took our order. I am glad to be able to use a credit card right there on the spot. I also admit that I needed help sorting out the various sandwich offerings. He patiently helped us. The lovely missus orders the #5 combo meal and I did #1. Two lemonades were an extra 0.50 cents each upgrade. We made our choices for dips and sauces. As we drove up to the window we wondered about the system of how the order is tracked so there won't be any "oops" at the pick up window. It was cleverly done during the order taking where our first name and our vehicle was Identified. No problem with getting our drinks and our bag of chicken sandwiches to go. The lovely missus always checks and as we got home the missus gave me a half consumed box of criss-cross cut fries...yeah they were better than the usual ordinary fries. She munched on her chicken sandwich and made positive comments about the bun and the chicken and the Polynesian sauce. My chicken was a bit dry and I'm not a big fan of the Honey Roasted BBq sauce, so I followed her lead and slathered the Polynesian sauce for a flavor improved sandwich. Chick-fil-A was actually a great experience today.

I have no idea why I haven't been more of a regular customer to Chick-fil-A in the past but I've recently re-discovered it and it's literally my new hyper-fixation meal. Seasonally, during peach season, stopping for a peach milkshake is a MUST. I love that it isn't too sweet and the peach flavor really makes an entrance. I've always really liked their chicken nuggets, chicken strips, waffle fries and Mac and Cheese. Their chicken is always spot on delicious. The flavoring is just right, textures are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. After seeing a video about Chik-fil-A salads being the next best thing I had to try it, and it wasn't the next best, it is THE BEST. Their Cobb Salad with Nuggets and Avocado Ranch Lime dressing is chef's kiss. in this same visit, I tried their seasonal Chicken Tortilla Soup and it was a flavor-bomb with crispy tortilla strips. I would definitely get it again, but for right now I'm super stuck on their Cobb Salad. I favor this location, because for one, it's local to me. Two, they have inside ordering, a drive through, a whole row of parking for mobile ordering - curbside pickup. They're a well oiled machine, so even if it looks busy, lines move pretty quickly. I prefer the online ordering - curbside pickup option, quickest in my opinion. Their service is also always friendly and top tier. For sure, this will be my favorite and most visited location. What's a specialty chicken spot good for if they don't get their chicken right, right? This spot would never know, they've never missed a beat.

    1. The sandwich and fries were made as delicious as the ones made at other locations! 2. The spot has fast casual vibes! 3. There are plenty of indoor seatings with a few outdoor seatings! 4. Parking lot can get crowded! 5. Staff were friendly! Note: They serve a regular chicken sandwich in the morning, but it might take a little longer to prepare! I usually do not have a problem on this location and I almost get the same thing every time but last night, decided to try something new and I was disappointing! Where was the spread!? Trying out the new food for the experience was 1/5 Service is usually 5/5 Ambiance 4/5 since we do drive through

Labyrinth of dual drive thru lanes. I thought this was massive overkill, especially since parking at the open spots is a tight squeeze

If Halloween is the Nightmare before Christmas, my experience at this Chick-fil-A is the Nightmare before Halloween. Though Nightmare is one of my favorite songs, experiencing one is anything but. It was the last day to claim a free sandwich from the Angels baseball promo where if the Angels scored at least 7 runs at home, and you open the app after that game, you get a reward for a free chicken sandwich. The Angels' season is over, and so is any chance of revisiting this Chick-fil-A on the east side of Beach Blvd between Heil and Edinger. As soon as I arrived, I immediately noticed the long drive-thru line, a norm at any Chick-fil-A you go to. What isn't a norm, however, is how they blocked off so many parking spots to create dual drive-thru lanes, which as convenient as it may sound, I would argue it could cause a safety issue. Why? The spots directly in front of the building were primarily for mobile order, so I tried to park at the next lot over, which was empty, but for the reason I mentioned in the previous paragraph. There were a handful of delineators, with adjacent ones linked by chains. The way they set it up, they barely leave enough room for the one side of the lot where you can actually park, thus increasing the chances of a head-on collision, especially if it's after dusk, and both cars neglected to utilize their headlights. If the lot only had one open spot, I would have settled for another lot for fear of not being able to safety turn into that spot without hitting a vehicle on either side. As soon as I got out, I tried to discern where the delineators were directing the cars to. My first thought was "massive overkill!" Oh, but it gets worse. There's a striped zone right at the entrance of the drive thru, and the words "DO NOT BLOCK" are etched on either side. This is the area where the dual drive thru lanes converge into a single lane, and it was also the area I had to cross to get to the front door. Because it was dark when I went, I had to look carefully to make sure both drivers at the front acknowledged my presence before crossing. Once I saw that, I was relieved I didn't choose either drive-thru lane because if I did, how would I know which car should go into the actual drive thru first?? As soon as I entered, I opened my Chick-fil-A app and noticed I had gotten kicked out! While not this particular Chick-fil-A's fault obviously, it was simply a precursor to a series of unfortunate events starting with several customers passing me to get in line and taking their merry time to order. After placing my order, I looked around and didn't see the usual counter of sauces, utensils, and napkins that I typically see at other Chick-fil-A locations. While I did ask for a pack of Chick-fil-A sauce, I didn't get any napkins in my order. and since I didn't want Chick-fil-A sauce on my steering wheel, I chose to eat the sandwich as is and save the sauce for later. It was about 5 minutes before an employee yelled out my *full* name even though he only yelled out other customers' first names. That employee must have been hard of hearing because he had to yell my *full* name again even though I said I was here, just on the other side. And thanks to him, everyone in the restaurant knew who I was. Not only that, but the way he said it was akin to a school principal demanding me to report to his/her office over the intercom. Like what did I do to deserve this? Never a fun thing. Either that employee needs to be retrained on customer service, or Chick-fil-A should update its privacy policy to specify that customers' full names may be exposed to everyone inside their restaurants. I was so aggravated that even though I would have loved to sit at a table with a Coca-Cola bottle as a flowerpot, I simply zipped out and ate the sandwich in my car. The sandwich wasn't bad, but it was drier than the other sandwiches I've had at locations much closer to me. Definitely would have been better with some Chick-fil-A sauce, but like I said, I didn't want to drive with sauce on my fingers. Not even a knife to guide the sauce out of its pre-packed container?? I suppose that's one way to "cut" corners lol. Oh, and remember the "DO NOT BLOCK" zone I mentioned? I actually almost blocked it because I had to wait for a car to back out of a spot in front of the restaurant. Luckily, the car was far enough that I was just outside the fringe of the zone, but with everything I mentioned up to this point, I can only imagine how much anxiety I would have driving through that area as it seems like a collision waiting to happen. Will I return? Absolutely not, especially since I was just passing by on the 405 freeway, speaking of which, I was trying to get back on, but the entrance was blocked off for some stupid (or no) reason, thus causing me to search for a different freeway entrance on a different street. This nightmare ceased to find an ending until I ate a second dinner that evening elsewhere.

That said, the people were super nice in both places. You can tell it happens often. We went right as it opened, and we got seated right away. The menu is via a QRC on the table. We ordered 3 things - vongole pasta. Previously they offered it uni but this one had claims and shrimp. We also got the pesto and the calamari. Calamari was crispy but it also was slightly too salty and seemed to be a lot of batter. The calamari pieces were small. The pesto pasta was okay, but the pesto wasn't the traditional pesto. I couldn't put my finger on it but it must've been the dashi. The udon was cooked well though. Soft, definitely not al dente. This vongole was the biggest miss. It had a taste that we also couldn't figure out, but it was not enjoyable to eat. We left the meal very dissatisfied. The friend I went with, who has gone before, also agreed it was disappointing. As someone who hates to waste food, we were very close to leaving nearly half of each dish there. My friend ended up taking it back. Later that evening, we both were feeling off. Idk, perhaps it was a coincidence. In the end, it was a truly sad experience.

It is THAT GOOD and worth it. Here's why: Pros: - The pizza! The variety of pizzas, crust styles and toppings. There's something for everyone. You can buy by the slice or a whole pie. You know how pizza sits in the display case and you get the dried out, hours-old slice? Not here. Every slice is fresh, chock full of toppings and flavor. My fav is the fig one (fun fact: each SH has a signature pie and this one is theirs!). My husband loves the pepperoni on Grandma style crust. Their variety of choices elevates pizza to the next level. -Not feeling like having pizza? No problem! They have amazing salads, subs, sides and pasta! Their vodka sauce is out of the world and the fresh meatballs taste like they're handmade by some sweet Italian grandmother. The garlic bread is "bomb", according to my teens. -The staff: always greeted with a smile and great energy. Efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. - The restaurant: always clean, plenty of tables and seating, and multiple TVs. Perfect spot for a date, family dinner or team celebration after a game. They have patio seating too for those that prefer outdoors. - Prices: This place won't gouge your pocketbook. In this economy, I appreciate the meal deals and getting the quality I pay for. Their portions are big enough to share and there's something for everyone at difference price points. Cons: - Parking can be challenging during busy times. They share the parking lot with a big center but fortunately, SH is on the corner and you're not having to fight all the people in the center of the lot. Honestly, that's the only con I can think of. I wish I lived closer but that's not their fault lol. Please give them a try if you've never been. This is not your average neighborhood pizza joint. You won't be disappointed!

I have come to Ini a couple of times whenever I stop by the Orange County area, and my graduation dinner was no exception. What makes them so unique is their perfect balance between Asian flavors and Italian classics. Everything I have tasted here has been delicious and has exceeded my expectations. Something I appreciate, besides the aesthetic interior, is their unique selection of dishes ranging from innovative pizzas, creamy and original pastas, and bright, flavorful appetizers. Here are a couple of items that I want to shout out: First, the truffle honey bread. I really appreciated the crispiness of the cheese on top and the bounciness of the fluffy bread paired with the sweetness of the honey. It creates a very balanced bite that keeps you wanting more. The raw salmon appetizer was a huge hit with our table. The citrus paired very well with the salmon itself, and even though this is a common appetizer at many fusion restaurants, they really do it right. The beef carpaccio was a great fusion dish and a wonderful nod to the Asian flavors that inspired them. This is a dish I have ordered multiple times, and it always hits the spot. Out of all the pizzas, I enjoyed the mala lamb the most. It actually was not too spicy, with a nice peppery flavor. Sometimes lamb can be a bit overpowering; however, when topped with the mala honey, everything balanced out perfectly. I also want to note that I have never seen this flavor combination anywhere else, and I think it is definitely something you need to try if you are here. The short rib gnocchi was another favorite of mine. The gnocchi was fluffy and cloud-like and paired really well with the umami-rich, savory flavor of the short rib. The meat itself was very tender and pulled apart easily, making every bite delicious. There are other dishes I could mention, but I do want to shout out the scallop risotto. This one definitely surprised me, as I am not usually a big risotto eater. I appreciated the creaminess of the rice mixed with the scallop, and even though it was a cream-based dish, it did not feel heavy at all. The service was very friendly, and everything came out in a timely manner, which I especially appreciated considering we had a big group. Overall, I will always try to find a reason to come back here, as this place really does take the cake for me when it comes to Kei concept restaurants.

This place nailed it…read more We tried the Clobster roll which is a mix of crab and lobster, the Cali truffle roll, lobster bisque, clam chowder, lobster pasta, and the lobster mac and cheese. Washed it all down with their fresh bottled lemonade in strawberry and regular. First thing, the bread. So good. It honestly tastes like it's baked fresh daily and that alone makes a difference. Second, they are not stingy with the lobster. Every bite actually has lobster in it, not just filler. Everything was rich, fresh, and super satisfying. The bisque and chowder were the perfect add ons and the pasta and mac and cheese just took it over the top. The vibe is really cute too. It gives under the sea meets Fisherman's Wharf. Easy location, friendly staff, and they even have coloring contests for kids which is such a nice touch. Highly recommend if you're craving a solid lobster roll without leaving Orange County. We'll definitely be back.

It was busy while we were there mid afternoon with only one open table most of the time. The food is good but definitely has some small things to work on. The mac and cheese was very watery. The cali lobster rolls we tried were great but the classic butter lobster roll was dry and missing the butter. The grilled cheese and the quesadilla were just alright. We will definitely be back to try more things on the menu. Just excited there is finally a local place to get decent lobster rolls at. My recommendation would be to focus on the lobster rolls and tacos. ditch the quesadillas grilled cheeses and lobster fries.
