Bad Experience, they got my order wrong and it was spoiled or something, the chicken salad tasted like tuna unless they gave me tuna by mistake, but it was so gross I had to spit it out , and almost threw up, I got that sickly feeling, of nausea, that everyone knows how that feels. I could not get the after taste out of my mouth. It was wretched!! Management should give a free replacement sub, well, I went back had to wait in line , and I told them it was making me nauseous and tasted like tuna, they should of replaced the sandwich with anything on the menu and apologize, but this didn't happen, they became rude and unfriendly, unhelpful, they started demanding a receipt but they didn't provide one, the sandwich , in their wax paper, in their brown sandwich bag, in their jersey mikes carry out bag was sufficient, I said it was 40 minutes ago, I used my customer phone number, I have the Apple Pay receipt, and my bank account transaction on my phone, they wanted more , so they have me at the register and start asking me for the last 4 numbers of my credit card, I provided it but she couldn't match it because it was Apple Pay and it changes the last 4 numbers to protect customers on their receipts. The manager then charged a second time for the replacement sandwich, and says you should receive a refund in 3-5 days depending on my bank company. They literally charged me twice in one day, and I might or might not get a refund, in 3-5 days. They messed up my order and they were rude , this jersey mikes location is a total failure at customer service in this type of situation. I deserve an apology and FREE sandwiches. This was so ridiculous. I have been to Jersey Mikes' in Hemet several times and looked forward to the new store opening in San Jacinto. I ordered a regular #7 and a giant #9. The staff put together my order and everything looked great. When I got to the register to pay. The girl looked perplexed when I handed her a $50 dollar bill for my $30 something dollar order. She shouted down the line to another coworker if they accept $50's. The coworker said no. She then turned to me and told me she could not accept my money. I didn't lay the hope diamond on the counter and ask her to figure it out. I paid with legal tender that is a perfectly reasonable denomination for the amount of food. I left hungry, and I assume the food was thrown away. I unfortunately will take my business elsewhere from now on. I assume other businesses would greatly appreciate legal tender in exchange for their food, You not only lost out on this sale, wasted food, alienated a customer and lost future revenue from me and any one of my friends and family.
