Walked up to the counter and asked the person that I wanted a vegan pizza, first question I was asked was "would you like us to change our gloves?" I was surprised that they would be courteous enough to ask since no other restaurants have ever asked that question. Got all my topping with the vegan cheese and tofu. Pizza was great! This place is the absolute worst! They don't understand customer service, when you call to discuss the experience you had with the manager and he is telling you that you are wrong about YOUR experience you know there is a problem. I came in and bought 4 pizzas, one my mom asked for an ingredient on the pizza that was empty at the bar and the employee did not want to go get it but finally after about a few minutes talking with other employees he went and got it and completely forgot the reason he got it and my mom had to ask again. The second pizza my brother had wanted to have mixed sauces in which they didn't listen and they told him after he explained the problem they will just put it on at the end to make up for the mistake. The third pizza, my sisters was completely under cooked you would pick up a slice and it bent completely over and everything fell off. Lastly mine, I asked the employee for light garlic only for him to throw a handful on and when I asked for him to take it off he ignored me. I took garlic off by spoonfuls at my house. Called to let the manager know to help them better their service and he did not wanna listen to me and said he didn't think the pizzas were undercooked as he was working the oven that night and that I was wrong. They are over priced, rude service and I rather spend my money and time somewhere else. read more

If you don't like making your own, no problem, they have pizzas with pre-selected sauces and toppings, but that is no fun lol! Service is great and that's what makes this place a plus, especially when they get busy. They were taking out my friend's pizza but it got ripped since there was a lot of toppings, so they gave him that pizza + a brand new pizza!! Brand new! This place is annoying. I ordered online bc I don't want to wait in their long line to order a pizza. At the end of the order it says it won't "Fire it up" until I show up. That really defeats the purpose of online ordering right? I show up and it wasn't even cooked yet. So I had to wait. I tried to call to let them know I just wanna grab and go. But the phone does not work. So I show up and wait and wait and wait. If I had not already paid online I would have walked out. New flash Blaze Pizza some people need a simple pick up we don't enjoy waiting when we are in a rush. I won't be returning next time I will just order New York Pizza which is down the street and they have way better Pizza! If you are looking for good pizza, go somewhere else. As an Italian from New York, I can tell you this is a poor imitation of pizza, just the way Subway is a poor imitation of a real deli. The cheese and sauce were inferior, the sausage unrecognizable as any food product, and the pizza dough similar to cardboard. Frozen pizza is better. Yes, you choose your own toppings, just like subway, but the place is so noisy you can't hear the questions and they can't hear the answers. Every time I come to this Blaze, the energy is always awesome, fun and welcoming. Tonight, when I walked in, the staff were being playful with each other and the customers which always makes the experience more fun, and it's easier to communicate with and relate to the staff. Also, the pizza is always super tasty! I'm vegan, so I get the vegan cheese, chicken and veggies. They always load it perfectly, and I love it every time. Always great service. I have a child that has bad dairy allergies. They cater to his diet every time. sometimes we have to remind them not to poke the Vegan pizza with the same poker they use for regular pizza but that's not a big deal considering how many pizza's they make. Fantastic pizza at a great price of $7.65 (or lower if you choose a single topping pizza). If you go the $7.65 route you can get unlimited toppings at no extra charge. Sounds crazy right? I know. This review is based on their customer service. It sucked. Plain and simple. I walk in, there are two girls at the counter yet neither of them greet me. They didn't just look at me, they glared at me. And one girl says "ill be right back" and leaves. I just stand there, shocked. Like seriously?! It was 10:30 pm and they closed at 11 pm. I wish Z Pizza came to riverside instead of this imitation style pizza. Yeah, it's fast but that doesn't make it good. Sort of like cardboard or saltine type crust with average choices for toppings. Interior ambience leaves a lot to be desired. So loud you can't hear the staff taking your order or hear them when they call your name when it's ready. Flow for moving about within the space is awkward. No salt, pepper or cheese on tables and it wasn't out near the napkins and drinks. The two stars are because they at least offer gluten free. Sadly, it seems like the inland empire clientele thinks this is good food, so it will probably remain open. I so would have preferred Z Pizza to this. Oh, well. read more

Blaze was recommended to me by a friend for their vegan option. As a recent vegan I was apprehensive to try vegan cheese...I ordered online and picked up in store, very easy and convenient. This vegan pizza was ridiculously yummy! I could taste all of the 9 toppings I had were fresh! I went for the pesto drizzle and it was just delicious! Yes vegan cheese is not the same as the real thing but it was surprisingly good with all the veggies. I can't tell you how important it is for a new vegan to have a good pizza :) best part it was cheaper, faster and better tasting than any other pizza place I've had. Great job Blaze! First off, the customer service at the establishment is outstanding! A friend and I visited last night and some fruitloop dingus took my pizza instead of her own, temporary amnesia I'm assuming. The poor thing was so hungry she forgot her own name! I'm sure it happens all the time and though it wasn't Blaze's fault, the staff was extremely apologetic and I had a new pizza in less than 5 minutes and a comp card for a free pizza. The pizza here is delicious. Plenty of sauce and topping options to choose from and although it's usually busy at this location, ordering, paying, and getting your pizza is usually a quick process. The staff is always friendly and I have never felt rushed when picking my toppings. The only negative is that with it being so busy it can be difficult to find a table if you want to eat there. I'm only reviewing the pizza. My husband picked it up. Really????? Huge disappointment. Apparently we are pizza snobs! Way way under cooked. I love thin pizza but when I have to use a fork and knife and practically a spoon it's gross. Also the under side had burnt marks which tells me they don't clean much less wipe the pans in between uses. They really need to par bake the dough, throw everything on then continue cooking. Good pizza is not meant to be done it 2 minutes. Will not be returning. Riverside still on the lookout for GOOD pizza!!!! read more
