He told me he couldn't do the main job, but he did a minor bit of work that we discussed. The charge would be what we agreed on. Went to pick up the guns, and he explained why he couldn't do the work we discussed, but did the minor job (maybe 30 min tops). I had to drive to get cash. I was going to argue, but didn't feel safe confronting him (he open carries). Went home, and did some research at the manufacturer's website. Not only was it possible, but it was easy. Took me maybe 45 minutes to do the job. In taking one of the revolvers apart, I found that he had reinserted the trigger pin in backwards. I contacted him about the fact that I did the work he said, as a "master gunsmith" couldn't do. He got upset, but promised to refund some of the cash I paid. I've been waiting two weeks. No check. He's probably OK for basic stuff, but for anything else? Nope.

They didn't understand anything, not even the difference between air guns and real ammunition guns, and just said I couldn't return it! Their quality needs to be improved!

I even consulted them on what scope to buy and hardware. Finally got my rifle and all my mounting supplies together to come in and get the scope on my new gun. I was told they were too busy today to do it and asked when would be a good time to bring it in. The girl at the front counter called back and then informed me after the measure 114 scare is over. I told her that's not what they said last week when I picked my rifle up and that they were doing a scope mount at that time. she just apologized and here I am with a rifle with no fixed sites and no scope mounted on it either. Although I have bought many times from this place in the past the service just continues to decline. I'll take my business and money somewhere else in the future.

The technicians arrived right on schedule. They were extremely courteous and I asked them to explain the process before they began. The cleaning was thorough as they meticulously went through each vent and the main duct system. As expected there was a slight smell when starting the furnace back up (not dissimilar to how it might smell after being off all summer) but that cleared up quickly. We haven't had them cleaned in the 12 years we've been here (I know, I know...) but I really expected them to be worse. They even replaced the filters on the furnace (I provided them). The pricing was reasonable and comparable to similar services. It took about 3 hours for a 3k sq ft house. We also had them clean out the dryer vent.

Jim means well, but I think he gets busy, and can't meet the lead-times he originally states. My daughter wanted the silver OEM wheels on her Chevy Cruze Premier repainted to a gloss black, so we brought them to FWO. The end result is exactly what we wanted, and it was a lot cheaper than trying to find the factory "Redline" wheels. The paint job is high quality, and it looks really nice. The areas for improvement include communication and lead-times. Initially we were given a completion date of 2 business days, and I told them they could take 3 if needed. When I called on the third day, they told me three rims were bent, and they needed to be straightened (for additional cost). I gave the go ahead, but I think they had our wheels confused with another project, because they never added on any other charges. The wheels & car ended up being ready for pick up on the sixth business day. As stated, the paint job is great, but the tires seemed haphazardly filled to random pressure levels, differing by a few PSI from corner to corner (that was an easy fix). They all hold air just fine, though; so no worries there. I would definitely recommend the work that Jim & FWO do, but just allow a little extra time for project completion.

New wheel from dealer was $750.00. Called Jim at Factory Wheel Outlet and he said bring it in we'll fix it if we can, and no charge if it doesn't work. He fit me in on a super busy holiday when 3 of his staff could not make it in due to ice storm. Wheel fixed, fair price, honest dude. Side note: took car in to Les Schwab after fix to get alignment and all wheels checked, told them about FWO and they said, "oh yeah, if Jim fixed it then it is good, he is the expert, we send all of our wheel repairs to him." nuf said.
