I have been to this location many times. They have always had great bagels with a very diverse selection on bagels. But I have noticed recently a declining level of customer service. Most of the time I place orders on line but periodically I stop in and order in the store. But small things like ordering the bagels to be sliced and they do not come sliced and it is not a big deal to slice them at home but it would have been great to have it done as requested. The other thing is that they used to put the savory bagels in a different bag than the sweet bagels, this no longer happens even when requested. When I walk up to the pickup table the staff drops off the to go orders and then take off without trying to give the to go orders. I do NOT recommend ordering ahead thinking that will save you time - you will watch dozens of people come and go. (Also, double check your order because 50-50 it will be missing something.) We'll keep coming because the food is yummy enough to be worth crappy parking, and crowded, outdoor tables where you can't hear when your name is called. I'm updating my review based on my recent visits to Blazing Bagels. Although I'm limited in what I can eat there, my family members love all the options and combinations available. It's a great morning for everyone when I return to the house with a bag of bagels from there. Jalapeño cheese, French toast, garlic, and onion bagels are big hits in this house. The price for these bagels is super reasonable, and you're paying for great quality! The cream cheese is super tasty, and comes in small and large tubs. I like that small containers are available, so I can pick up a few. As for the breakfast sandwich options, I consider them hit or miss. Some mornings, the sandwiches are perfect! Other times, they are skimpy and look thrown together. I suppose it depends on who is making them. Either way, I plan on returning on a regular basis! We're so lucky to have a Blazing Bagels location less than 10 minutes away. read more

Not doughy, dense, bread-like or thick like large soft pretzels. Over 12+ different flavors. Go early for cinnamon raisin. Great bagels!!! I have to say that moving away from the east coast, I really missed those perfect New York Bagels. I can't say these are quite as good as NY ones but they are yummy nonetheless. My partner loves the "Everything" and regular "Pumpernickel" and I really like the "Cinnamon Sugar." I haven't had their sandwhiches yet but I definitely will try next time! We went for the first time since we saw pretty good pictures of the bagels. We asked the person who took our order for recommendations and he just recited the menu ( not really helpful). I ordered the Lox with toasted GF bagel, Vegan Schmear and extra Lox (because the server said it was only 1 slice of lox) and Once I open my bag it was a disaster & disappointment. My bagel was not toasted (just a hint warm) there was SO MUCH SCHMEAR I could barely eat without wiping myself and the Lox would fall out and I had to open the bagel to put it back in. My husband order the chicken with Chipotle schmear ( Juan something was the name). He asked the server if he had to order extra chicken or if it came with a lot of chicken, he said it came with A LOT OF CHICKEN. When he opened his bag, it was ALL schmear & NO chicken. Same issue with a disaster of schmear just thrown at the bagel. There were only like 3 small squares of chicken. This is a weirddddd location. I work next to the Blazing Bagels in Bellevue, so this one is just weird. It's a warehouse with a storefront. Same rules as the Bellevue location - fill out a bagel form, hand it to them... they confirm, your order comes out a few minutes later. I gotta say, this location was tough to find, but funnily enough, they had a bunch of signs to help you find it. They have seats inside and outside. It's super nice that nhang out at on a nice day. They have great food. I went for lunch and got a sandwich with turkey, bacon, and avocado. It was filling by itself. Great. The order process was the only downside. I feel like if you're going to have to confirm it anyway, it's kind of pointless to waste paper, cause confusion, and stuff. It's just a bad user experience.
