    Bread!
    Kathryn Y.

The smell is outrageously good the minute you walk in. Yes they make bread here and who doesn't like the smell of freshly baked bread? The store is very clean and immediately upon entering I had FOMO and worried that I would miss out. I stayed focused on my goal of buying bread for sandwiches. The honey wheat seemed like the most obvious. They also offer free samples with or without butter. Three breads and two scones to choose from. I sampled the blueberry cream cheese scone. Such a great treat. Service super friendly and welcoming. Lots of other things here such as granola, popcorn, some beverages and other baked treats. Cookies, rolls and other things. The parking lot is shared with many other businesses so be careful when parking here. Do it, eat well. Treat yourself. SYOY.

No one acknowledged me when I walked in (guess eveyone except one was busy making bread in the back?). I see a display for samples, but nothing was available when I was there on a Saturday around noon. There was one lady in front of me, and it took a while for my turn. But the bread is tasty, especially the caramel apple monkey bread and daily sourdough.

Initially discovered this shop out in Beaverton Oregon when all I wanted was a cold sandwich. Didn't know I stumbled upon my favorite bread shop! Prices vary by location, and I'm not shocked that bread is a couple more dollars in Bellevue, but I'm willing to pay extra to have bread with ingredients I can pronounce! Staff is always kind and offers generous samples. They usually have more than a few different samples. The shop is nothing fancy, you get your bread and get out cause there isn't anywhere to eat inside and it can get crowded just standing around with three other people. Do yourself the favor and get the cinnamon loaf, it makes for a great gift and is yummy to eat toasted with butter at home. I put mine in the fridge to last longer!

I walked in and let the gentleman know it was my first time here, I was expecting to hear oh great welcome what are you looking for. That didn't happen. Well, First time here ‍‍. Noticed they have a rewards program (was not offered to me) little bit over priced. I asked about GF options he showed me a loaf already prepared. Only 1 gluten free option. I did t select that. Service was fair noting special. Mostly bread, no sandwiches for breakfast. They sell sandwiches for lunch only. Ambiance was ok, not very inviting. I choose a Harvest grain fruit bar made with oatmeal and mixed berries. It is ok, healthy not warmed. They had 2 coffee choices, I did not order coffee. I don't think I'll return. It's a nice place for locals and those in the neighborhood.i have it a 3/5 for potential not so much from my experience. Healthy yes. Possibly a family business, saw one other person baking and walking around. Not very friendly.

Had a really delicious hot turkey sandwich. While it required a ton of napkins, it was so very good- I wouldn't hesitate to get it again! I love that they have gluten free bread options! Very homey feel. Only thing is no seating available so I had to eat in my car, but still really good.

The most delicious gluten free chocolate almond loaf ever! And the staff are wonderful, even let us in just minutes after closing so my kiddo could get a cookie!

I love this chain with all my heart. So you can probably get a gauge of how happy I was to get these catered to my team training. I had no idea plain white bread could be that good. I do not know what they do with their bread to make it so textured and flavorful. Their plain white bread. I had the egg salad sandwich ($9.45 on website) and it was high quality and divine.

Regular size Apple Crumble ($10.45 no tax) and Spread at $13.49 including tax.

Even since I tried the mini Apple Crumble from delivery order, tried other loaves too, I am hooked on to this daily milled from wheat to flour bread. Even the soft white loaf is deliciously dense. This regular size Apple Crumble is not recommended to be sliced, but manually sliced upon my request. I prefer thicker cut. Also interesting to find Sweet Potato spread in the store.

Our favorite bread store. We usually get the whole wheat bread and their bread is different as it does not have sugar but is made with honey! The bread is soft and feels lighter than conventional bread! ... That also makes it expensive! The other breads we like are Challah which is super soft Asiago Pesto has a distinct delicious pesto taste,

Love this bakery! They have such a wide variety to choose from. From nut free, gluten free and whole wheat options they have it all. My all time favorite has been the whole wheat raisin bread and cinnamon crunch loaf. Perfect breakfast options during these cold winter mornings. Pop them in the toaster and smother them with butter. The smell of it toasting is divine. Service is exceptional and they have great recommendations on new things to try out. While I was there I sampled their almond slice and can't wait to go back to buy more of it. Highly recommend this place. They have cookies to breads to cinnamon rolls etc.

My husband and I were recommended to come here through Yelp and drive 1.5 hours to give it a try. Customer service was disappointing. We requested two walnut chocolate brownie and two candy brownies and one chocolate walnut cookie. She only have us one of each brown and the cookie. She seemed very distracted, unfriendly and with little to no response. The cookie was really good! But the brownie was mouth watering- super moist and delicious!

I have been purchasing the Dakota bread for several years and find that loaves are quite inconsistent. Size and thickness of slices varies and bread often has numerous holes in it

My top picks are the new milk tea flavor and ham & cheese! The milk tea salt bread has a subtle, well-balanced sweet milk tea aroma, not overly sugary. Ham & cheese was such a pleasant surprise. It reminds me of a hot dog, but wrapped in the uniquely chewy, lightly salty salt bread crust -- such a fun combo of savory ham and melty cheese. You've got great options for both sweet and savory lovers. Savory: ham cheese, pork floss Sweet: taro, milk tea, chocolate, pistachio The bread texture is perfect: chewy, soft with that signature slight saltiness on the exterior. Great for breakfast or afternoon snacks. Will definitely come back to restock!

Asian bakery so they had breads, buns, cakes, and lattes. But menu was limited and the shelves were pretty bare. It was also pretty empty. The service was fine, but nothing super exceptional there. Small space. They have self service kiosk. They seem like a bakery that specializes in custom cake orders. Looks like mainly buttercream and not fondant work. But very clean and pretty work. Pricing was average for their category. The desserts were fine in terms of flavor. They do not have a restroom though, the restroom is outside in the center of the office building and not inside the bakery suite.

First impressions: the space is genuinely charming. Everything is thoughtfully presented--very dreamy, almost cloud‑like in aesthetic. You want to love it before you even take a bite. The fruit cakes were pleasant, but this is where personal preference really matters. For me, I always lean toward more fruit, less cream. While the whipped cream feels light at first, after a few bites it starts to feel heavy and a bit greasy on the palate--pretty, but not especially restrained. The black sesame cake was the most interesting--and the most polarizing. The first bite was a true wow: deep, nutty, and indulgent. But as I worked through it, the texture became confusing. There were jelly‑like cubes mixed in that broke up the experience in a way I couldn't quite reconcile. I love black sesame, but this particular execution wasn't entirely my thing. The standout, without question, was the croissant. It's excellent--beautifully laminated, crisp where it should be, tender where it counts. I completely understand why they've earned awards here. I only wished there were a savory vegetarian option to explore the full range of what they can do. As for the coffee: visually, it's spot‑on. Flavor-wise, it misses the mark. Pouring caramel over the top without integrating it into the pulled shots means it sinks straight to the bottom. The result is an unbalanced experience--mild up top, an overwhelming sugar bomb at the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it. All that said, it was genuinely fun to try, and it's the kind of place I'd revisit out of curiosity--especially to see what shows up seasonally. I'd absolutely be intrigued by something like a passionfruit offering.
