Ming a young kid was so not trained and it was the worst pedicure I have ever received. To the point I walked out without giving him a tip! That hasn't happened in decades so that tells you how bad it truly was. I asked him to cut my nails short...4 times! We went from speaking perfect English to the other worker next to him had to speak to him in their dialect. Made one foot shorter than the other, horrible. And a man kept walking back and forth laughing and pointing at my feet. I couldn't understand what was being said because there was a language barrier. And that the overlay had to be thick otherwise it won't look good. I have been getting overlay and wraps for over 20 years. And I'm sure my nails aren't supposed to look like bubbles, uneven, and unshaped. My nails were shaped when I came in. But my natural nails were drilled down so low that they are now bending off of the acrylic. I'm really disappointed. The vibe was- they do not care to serve outsiders but they will take your money.
