I have a love/hate relationship with most locations of Menards. The love: They have literally everything. Their stores are packed with anything you may need for any DIY project you're considering, whether it's an indoor plumbing project our an outdoor landscaping adventure--they've got everything you need. The hate part comes in with the same note--they are so large and have so much stock that it's always a bit hard to navigate. So, exemplary service comes in clutch. Unfortunately, in my opinion, that's where many locations of Menards falls short. Not so, at this location! They could not repair the washer, informing me that the closest service center was in Sun Prairie, a one hour drive from Pewaukee. The refused to consider a return or exchange because I put gas in it. Of course I put gas in it. I tried to use it. Menard's you have lost by business forever. I will go to Elliot's Ace hardware on Capitol. Even if it costs a little more, their dedicated customer service makes it well worth the price.
