Worst customer service EVER! I just saw their commercial on tv, which reminded me to do a review. My daughter and I stopped in looking to redo the floors in our kitchen and family room. We were the only customers in the store, there were 4 older guys sitting at a table on the other side of the store. No one greeted us or attempted to make contact. We found the tile area and after about 10 of standing there -- a guy finally came over. It was like he lost the bet about who would help us. I told him what we wanted and he basically was negative about everything we asked about. Talk about unfriendly! I've a friend who's going to install for me and this guy pretty much told me he was an idiot. Now this friend remodels homes and does it all...needless to say we left. Their prices are INSANE. This is definitely NOT outlet pricing! Buyer beware- check out other places and compare. How these guys stay in business is beyond me. Maybe they just dislike women. Our money is just as good as the next persons! Not recommended is putting it mildly. read more

Honestly, worst place ever.my father passed away the night before i had my daughter and i was already a mess. Talked to nick when i took the drive w/ my 6 kids in tow including my 8 day old bc my husband was busy working on the house & told me to grab a quote. I asked nick if they had to go out & measure he thought about it a minute and said sure. They had someone come out to measure and said those were the same measurements. Ted called me back & quoted $250 more. I asked where the discrepancy was & he was infuriated w me & told me to have my husband send him his measurements (even though they were the same as morgans) then changed his mind & said forget it I'll just refund you your deposit since you're questioning my honesty. Wow! Not sure where that came from?! I was shocked by the lack of professionalism from just a question i had he couldn't answer truthfully and had zero mannerisms and patience. Guy was a serious jerk after everything I'm going through.. never will give him our business and will let everyone else know my experience. read more

This place is Excellent! Tim the owner helped me out when no one else could. I was having furniture delivered on a Thursday at 3PM. I called Tim on Wednesday afternoon and he quoted me an excellent rate for some high quality carpet. He even had the installer there Thursday morning and it was completed before my furniture was delivered. Great service, Great prices! Don't even bother trying somewhere else! read more

The best prices on the best carpeting -- no fancy lighting and gimmicks to this store, it is the Carpet Factory Outlet, and carpet is what I came for. I wasn't expecting the service I received, but Dave, one of the store owners, listened to what I was looking for, showed me a number of options in line with my preferences, went on to explain different grades, and afforded me samples of the ones I was considering so I could take them home to decide. He didn't push a hard sale at all. I'm a landlord and this carpet was to be for a third floor penthouse. We were between tenants and had painting crews working as well as other upgrades being made. We made the decision on which carpeting & gave Dave a call with the schedules of the painters, etc. He was very accommodating to schedule his installer to remove the old carpet & underlayment & install new padding & the new carpet all days before the new tenants were to move in. They stayed true to their schedule, and the installer who came was friendly, skilled, and did not stop working until he got the job done. Don't be misled, he got the job done perfectly stretched with strong invisible seams, very professional. Did I mention this was a third floor job? The installer's name was Ricky & he was a carpeter extraordinaire! He worked like 4 men removing the old stuff without missing a staple, carried all this out to his work van, and carried up 14' rolls of carpeting & padding & he didn't stop till the job was done. Amazing. The new tenants are thrilled & needless to say we will never look anywhere else for our carpeting needs. No pressure sales, great prices on quality carpet, and great service.
