They are very professional and polite. You definitely get that everybody knows everybody vibe from being here. More impressively is the relic of Saint John Vianney that is kept here. Europe is more known for pilgrimages to see the tombs of saints, but here there is a small piece of the legendary priest that spent hours hearing confessions. Far from an agenda, Ars is an invitation, and this place for me is a monument to friendship before opinions. A breath of fresh air for me! The appetizers shouldn't be the same price or higher than entrees, and the $3+ sodas are just ridiculous. I can see how some people think it's too loud in there, but I guarantee tonight was as packed as they get, and we didn't think it was too bad.
