Since it is a family owned and run winery, each batch will have a slightly different taste. My main favorite wines are their apple wines, especially the Apple Crisp. They also offer wood fired pizza that is unlike any of the chain restaurant's. It pairs very well with all of their wines that we've tried so far. I think it's probably low acidic sauce because I have heartburn problems when I eat anyone else's pizza with wine but not theirs. When they aren't busy, the staff, especially Mark and Julie, recognize us from our visits over the years. Europe is more known for pilgrimages to see the tombs of saints, but here there is a small piece of the legendary priest that spent hours hearing confessions.
