Erin was a delight from the first phone call setting up the first meeting at the house, updates for scheduling installation, payment, and even getting a quote WITHIN THE HOUR AFTER KEITH CAME TO THE HOUSE?? UNHEARD OF. BRAVO. Very outstanding company. There was a hiccup in the factory but they got everything fixed in a timely manner. I really appreciated the day they came back it was raining so they brought in a ton of runners so they wouldn't track water or dirt into the house. They wiped everything down and vacuumed! The team that came out was so nice, the turn around was faster than expected. My fiancé and I are so happy with their work and love that it's increased the value of our home. Every time we walk into the house or are just relaxing, I admittedly will just scream out I LOVE OUR HOUSE! (Just to reassure me, the customer, and make sure that everything was satisfactory!). But, nope. I also would have thought that she'd be more communicative about the replacement blinds and installation. When the replacements were to be installed, I had to call and confirm and ask what time. That should not be! They should call me with an approximate arrival time. I also wasn't given notice as to when the second 50% payment would be charged to my debit card. I happened to check my online banking and realized that she had charged me. Given the significant amount, a heads up would have been nice. Thankfully it was in my account. Overall, the customer service was not up to par with my Budget Blinds experience last year in a different state. But, I do love my blinds and the price was fair.

So, wait two weeks to get the corrected brickmold. Fine, stuff happens. 03/05! Called them 03/06. Guess what? STILL WRONG! No apologies, no anything. Wait two more weeks, no biggie, this is the way stuff works. March 20 it is! NOPE! March 16 and get an email that the manufacturers internet is down. No idea what that has to do with anything... how many times can you fail a customer and just tell them to wait two more weeks? Anyway, now I'm scheduled for April! Of what year I have no idea.
