Then, Kelly had to cancel again due to her kids being sick, which I also understood, so we rescheduled for a third time. This time, my appointment was set for 2:30 pm. At 2:30, no one showed up. I called the office, only to be told by the receptionist that Kelly didn't even have me on her schedule for 2:30 pm that day. No explanation, no apology--just a complete waste of my time. I knew that I wanted to spend as little as possible and she didn't try to pressure me into buying something more expensive. Surprisingly, our meeting took almost the entire time. After I had decided what I wanted, she came up with the quote on her laptop. She told me how much and emailed me the quote. (Their quote was cheaper than the other quotes I got.) Once I signed the quote and submitted a 75% deposit, they ordered the blinds. They told me that it would take several weeks to get the blinds after being ordered. Once the blinds arrived, they set up an installation appointment. James (installer) arrived within the designated appointment window and went to work. He was very efficient and professional. He even gave me some hints about the use and cleaning of the blinds. I was very happy that I used this company. I would use them again.
