He was the very first person who came to my home to measure and provide a quote. Normally, I always compare multiple vendors--but this time, I decided to go with him immediately. WhyBecause Eli is not only the owner, but also the salesperson and the person who personally came to install the shutters once the materials arrived. That level of accountability is rare. By contrast, my experience last year with Lowe's was absolutely terrible. It really proved that "big companies are always better" is a myth. When we arrived at the showroom during their posted hours, a blinking "open" sign greeted us. However, the door was locked and had a piece of paper taped up instructing to call for an appointment to see the showroom. I called, no one answered and it went to Mr. Le's voicemail. From the reviews I have no doubt about the proprietor's domain expertise, and it's perfectly legitimate to have a "by appointment only" showroom, but from my perspective a shop should actually be open when they claim to be. Mr. Le, please send me 10 bucks for the frustration and wasted time you imposed on my family today.
