She listened to what we wanted and tailored options to what we said our goals were. She listened to our price range and gave us good options without breaking the bank. Most of all, she has very good taste and helped us choose treatments that make the house look great. Communication after the initial sale was excellent. We were informed when measurements would occur and when our treatments were shipped. Vincent arrived early for installation and was extremely efficient in getting the treatments installed in a short period of time. He was very friendly yet professional and knowledgeable. Overall, this is a first class operation with exceptional service. We love our new treatments. We probably need to get some for a couple of other windows so we will return to Stoneside without a doubt.

David has many happy customers but he wasn't the right fit for us. He didn't take time to get a…read morefeel for what we were looking for or give me the time to look through sample books. He seemed to be in a hurry, rushed through the consultation and made me feel pressured into making a selection. David was rapid fire in the way he presented the fabric samples making it a very frustrating experience. He seemed to think I didn't like anything he was showing me, and said so, but really I was just confused, he was was not giving me time to look at a sample before he assumed my feelings on it and quickly pull out another sample. I'm not very demanding, I worked public service for most of my life and want to be kind to others working in customer service, but the customer service I got from David was just very weird, upsetting and stressful.

He actually texted my phone being double rude. I kept the text for evidence and shared it with others in the event something happen to my phone or he continues. AE shutters might or could be a great place, but Andy the manager is deceitful. At first, the shutters look great. After a few months, they began to disconnect or break. I spent a lot of money on these shutters. I still have broken shutters. I had to go to another company to finish the job. I am very disappointed with this type of treatment. Do not call my phone again asking me to take this down. It is harassment and it is illegal.
