Absolutely unacceptable service from Rikardo and Bling Bling Windows. After a major hailstorm, they came out to repair some windows and the screens at my home, and completely botched the job. It was so hard for me to even get him to come back again to install properly. Screens were installed crooked and poorly aligned. Now, just 1.5 years later, one of those same windows is leaking again. I've called, and he probably accidentally answered, texted, multiple times and the owner has completely ghosted me. No response, no accountability, just silence. I'm a realtor and got their info through my brokerage team, which makes this even more disappointing. If this is how they treat a potential referral partner, imagine how they'll treat the average homeowner. Avoid at all costs. read more

We used Bling Bling Windows to repair several window screens and a sliding screen door, as well as several window repairs. They were great! He was able to pick them up within a couple days of calling for service and returned the repaired windows and screens in a timely manner! They were also very friendly and had great customer service! I found Ricardo to be very professional - he returned my call promptly, confirmed our appointment via email, showed up on time, priced the job very reasonably, and then knocked out the job with two employees who were hard workers and very personable. Avoid this company! I purchased a Groupon for window cleaning with these guys, and scheduled an appointment with them for last week. They didn't show up. I called and left a message. The next day, the owner of the company, Ricardo, called me back and explained that he was out of town for a funeral and left the jobs for his team to do. He was apologetic and we rescheduled for this morning. He assured me he would be here to do the job himself. It is now 2 1/2 hours after he said he would come, and I've received no communication from them whatsoever. Luckily, I contacted Groupon and they refunded me so I don't have to waste any more time waiting for this terrible company to call me back. The moral of the story is...AVOID! Its possible that my experience was a fluke as they are highly reviewed elsewhere. Still, I'm frustrated and will never, ever call this company again. I suggest you stay away! read more
