I prayed to find the right person because permanent makeup isn't something that grows out like hair. Rhonda is so kind, professional, and talented! Her shop is meticulously clean. The parking is free and plentiful. Her shop is not shared with anyone else, so there is privacy, and it's adorable! Her prices are very reasonable as well! But the most important thing is Rhonda knows what she's doing! I had my brows and top eyeliner done. I don't know how she does it, but it was nearly painless. (I'm not gonna lie, the initial pass before the anesthetic kicks in can sting a bit, but even that was more tolerable than I've ever experienced.) And I LOVE the results!! Then she gave me styling product to put in my hair the night before the wedding to make sure the style would hold as well as possible. The final result was perfect and exactly what I had envisioned. I got so many compliments on the hair and makeup! The salon is so cute, with little separate rooms and a classy vibe. Erienne and the other artists I met there are lovely, with lots of joking and humor to make the experience fun, but these ladies are also obviously masters of their crafts. Which I asked for at my second appointment, today. I also asked to have the length more tapered on the outside and inside of my eye to give it more of a cats eye shape. Karen is super open to feedback and just wants to serve her clients the best she can. I was initially worried about asking for something different but I'd been going to the same place for 3 years and it's understandable that I have a way I like my lashes done. I wasn't rubbing or anything but they almost ALL fell out within a week of me having my last fill. I have loudly complained to all of my friends and remembered my friend having BOOM lashes all of a sudden who said they weren't extensions. SO she said she'd had a lift and tint. Essentially a "perm" to curl the lashes and tint to give your natural lashes that vavavoom!!! I'm SO very excited to say the least. SO excited. The waiting area is clean, extremely comfortable and QUIET. So far I'm loving the atmosphere. Fingers crossed for some BAM for my lashes!!! I have to admit I'm a big fan of the lash lift and tint!!! I have decent natural lashes. Mascara helps boost them but I'm used to being low maintenance with extensions. So I was looking for low maintenance again. My extensions ALL fell out, I believe due to allergies, and the technician who did them (NOT RETA,) offered to redo them but I was having SUCH bad eye allergies that I had hives and my eyes were swelling so I just opted to take a break during allergy season.
