I understand the need for cancellation policies, but there should always be room for compassion and common sense--especially in emergencies. To be penalized during one of the scariest moments of my life feels cold and deeply unfair. I won't be returning and I hope no one else has to go through something similar. As far the service, I continued to try to work with Alyssa by clearly communicating what type of simple lashes I wanted, and by bringing in photos. Time after time she got it wrong and seemed to give me her version of what she wanted for me. I continued to go in hopes that we could eventually get on the same page and build an understanding of what I was wanting. Unfortunately she was not able to provide the simple style I was asking for.
