COVID-19 Note: This review was written pre-COVID so a few things are different. I've moved and although I haven't had a chance to see Renee since then she has communicated very clearly all of the health and safety precautions and standards she is taking to protect her business and customers. I would expect appointments to take probably about twice as long due to the increased cleaning procedures and distancing requirements Renee has put in place. The room she works out of which is shared is likely different from my experience as well, with either different spacing or reducing to only one client at a time. She is an excellent communicator so if you have questions I would just ask her directly prior to your appointment.

Renee is hands down the best lash tech I've ever visited, and I've been to about 5 or 6 other different lash techs prior to meeting her.
She is very talented at her work and consistent; every single time I see her my eyelashes come out the same and always look good. I get volume extensions from her and she is able to make them as natural or as dramatic as you want (I go for a more natural look, which is difficult to get with volume extensions yet somehow she does it and it looks so much better and lasts longer than just a classic extension).
I'm ethnically Chinese and had heavy hooded monolids and she did an amazing job making my eyelashes look natural and feel comfortable. So if you have hooded eyelids or are Asian, fear not, Renee still got you. She is knowledgeable about many eyelid shapes and types and will make recommendations on what length/type of curl to get.
Her prices are very reasonable for the area ($70 for a 2 week fill), and her kindness towards her customers go above and beyond. One time, she literally gave me a ride home after the appointment since it was on her way and I didn't have a car.
She's easy to talk to, or chill about you falling asleep, and very quick and thorough at her work. I've never had to stay longer than an hour no matter how sparse my lashes are.
The only thing I would note is that she shares her studio space with another esthetician, so frequently there is another person getting their lashes done in the same room at the same time. It's not a big deal at all, and the other lash tech is really sweet as well. If you're opposed to that for some reason, that would be the only callout.
