I prayed to find the right person because permanent makeup isn't something that grows out like hair. Rhonda is so kind, professional, and talented! Her shop is meticulously clean. The parking is free and plentiful. Her shop is not shared with anyone else, so there is privacy, and it's adorable! Her prices are very reasonable as well! But the most important thing is Rhonda knows what she's doing! I had my brows and top eyeliner done. I don't know how she does it, but it was nearly painless. (I'm not gonna lie, the initial pass before the anesthetic kicks in can sting a bit, but even that was more tolerable than I've ever experienced.) And I LOVE the results!!
