Jewel is extremely kind, accommodating and skilled. Her work does not compare to anything that the other commercial lash bars offer. She really goes out of her way to make sure her customers are satisfied. I've gotten my lashes done by her twice now and will continue to get them refilled by her as she really delivers. The first time I got my lashes done by Jewel, I got home and was not completely satisfied. I texted Jewel and she tried her best to schedule a time to see me before my trip in two days. Though she wasn't able to see me before my trip, she still accommodated me a week after my initial appointment date! Well past her 24-48 hours grace period! The communication at a point got frustrating as we tried to find a time that worked for the both of us. Once I expressed my frustration, Jewel called me immediately, apologizing and fitting me in her busy schedule late that same night. She is a busy individual (as she should be, she does great work) but once you arrive at your appointment, all her attention is on you! She will also make suggestions based on her expertise. The process itself doesn't hurt too much- the pain is tolerable ! Numbing cream is applied before and in between the process as well. Mish makes sure to listen to your concerns about pain. I got ombré powder brows. Mish also does microblading and combination brows ! Careful after care instructions were given. Everyone's healing process is different - mine took a full 14 days to fully heal. I am about 2.5 weeks post first session and I love my brows! The end shape turned out great and there is a soft powder natural look. Great for my every day brow look and saves me time in the morning and I get to snooze my alarm an extra 5 minutes :p The location is in midtown east inside Rich Bich clinic. Nice and clean facility. To my surprise, it took more than 2 hours to complete. The final result wasn't even that dramatic, very simple natural look, so I'm not sure why it took more than 2 hours. Two days later, I notice the lashes started to fall one by one but I had a busy work week so I didn't pay too much attention until day 5 I woke up and saw a small gap of no lashes on my R eye, which bothered me so much because I had a Chinese new year party coming up. I texted them to let them know If I can come by to fix it but it seems like regardless of the reasoning they still would charge $60 for one week fill. I'm not asking for free service but if the lashes are falling out within 5 days to the point you have empty gaps, I don't mind paying $20-$30 just to fill in gaps. Pretty disappointing.

If you want a fuller look, definitely do an upgrade because I did notice some spaces. I went with the D curl 13s, sexy (I believe?). It was a little bit too dramatic for my eye shape in person but in photos, they look great. It lasted throughout most of my two week trip to Bali/Singapore (vacation flex) through extreme heat, humidity, sunscreen, and sweat. I try not to get lash extensions too often because I find that my actual lashes fall out too, so this is a special occasion thing for me. However, I would definitely come back to LashGram for my future eyelash needs, but will go for more lashes per eye.

She is so quick and accurate, has a super light touch and has a good eye for making my lashes look as if they were naturally this gorgeous. Language barrier + unknown glue/lash sources = not worth it!) Sue does a great job but she's also quick! But the reason she's getting a 5 star review is because when I went in yesterday I had some redness and peeling. She noticed it right away and gave me a serum and moisturizer. I woke up today and no peeling! Still some mild redness but I am truly amazed at the improvement. This problem popped up 2 weeks ago and I've been trying all sorts of moisturizers, ointments, medicated creams and none of them have worked as well as what she gave me.
