I don't need to post pictures of the vintage rug as it looked great already, but they were able to get out the funk that has been on there for who knows how long. I was amazed! The wool rug looks SO much better than when I brought it in. They sealed off both rugs with Fibercare to prevent further stains. My rugs looks great in my house and they don't smell! I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at Eagle Postal. Here's why:…read more 1) The first time I visited, the solo employee there didn't wear a mask at all, even though a sign on the front door stated that masks are required for customers 2) The employee offered me ten percent off my purchase if I wrote a five star review. That's definitely a violation of Yelp's terms of service, and likely every other review site (and probably explains why this place has such a high rating on Google maps). 3) Most importantly: I was a ponytail of pandemic-chopped hair that I was sending to Locks of Love. A few days after I shipped it, the Locks of Love package was RETURNED to me for having insufficient postage, and I was shocked to see that Eagle Postal had applied only $1.80 worth of postage to it. I assume that they just pocked the remaining $3 I paid? Had this been a time-sensitive package, this could have been disastrous. I returned to Eagle Postal a few days after that (about a week after my first visit) and interacted with a different employee. I explained what happened. He took down my info, and assured me that when the manager came in, a refund for the package would be processed, and he'd be in touch. I never heard from them again, and never got a refund. I eventually went to the actual USPS post office to send the package; they told me that it cost $5 total, and that it had to be shipped as a package, not an envelope, which is why it was returned. 4) Less serious, but also suspicious: I also sent a sewing project in a bubble mailer I'd made for a friend. This package eventually made it to its destination, but it was shipped media mail (which is *very* cheap); it weighed very little and I was charged over $7 for it; it was a birthday gift and arrived very late. The employee didn't ask what was in the package; media mail is subject to stringent regulations, and my package didn't meet those rules and shouldn't have been classified as media mail. Don't use Eagle Postal unless you want your packages returned to you with insufficient postage!

I had lacerations around my left eye that required several stitches and a left lateral femur fracture (left thigh bone) that prevented me from walking very well. And my car was completely totaled and unrepairable. I didn't want to call on a friend on a Friday during working hours to run errands for me. I needed somebody to get my prescriptions (antibiotics for the lacerations and pain meds for the femur fracture), gauze pads, first aid tape, reusable cold packs, etc. as soon as possible since I can't leave the house. I found On the Run Errand Services and called Robert on short notice and told him my situation and I needed him to run the errand for me. He told me to email the details to which I did and he immediately replied back that he'll be at my place in Irving coming from Dallas area within 25 mins. Took my prescription and Health insurance card. Then went to the nearest Walgreens as I instructed and gotten all my needed items. Robert was very professional, prompted, accepted and completed an important errand for me on short notice even though he drove out of his service area for me, and completed everything exactly as instructed.
