Lingling is the best eyelash technician! I'm lucky that they opened at Rowland Heights which is only 5 minutes from home. Blinking eyelash is located inside a commercial plaza with free parking. Lingling is nice, gentle, and knowledgeable with her techniques. I've been coming here for the past year and my eyelashes always look nice, and they stay on for up to 2.5- 3 weeks. She cleans my eyelashes very well before placing them, and the whole place is immaculately clean and nicely decorated. I usually make an appointment on either Tuesday or Thursday when Lingling is there. You get a stamp card eligible for $20 off after 10 visits if you pay cash. Price is reasonable compared to other eyelash places I've been. Highly recommended! read more

I've been doing lashes with them over a month now. The previous place I used to go for over 2 years has moved to new place, I found this place is closer to my home.. So, I give it a try. Nice customer service, the lady who does lashes for me is patience, attentive but I need to change a couple of style to get what I want. The lashes last up to 2 weeks, I usually do 3 weeks refill but with this place, I do 2 weeks refill (I take care of my lashes, if one doesn't do after care; may only last up to 9-10 days) The price range is somewhat same as other lash places but cheaper than the expensive ones. Ling Ling is amazing! Her work is flawless, fast and consistent. She does an amazing job of getting the exact look I want. You can tell she cares a lot about her work and her studio. The material of the lashes and glue last 2-3 weeks. I've gone on vacation in humidity and in the water and these lashes retention stay on for so long. I'm constantly getting compliments on them too. The lady who did my eyelashes was really nice but I found it interesting that they did not use tape to lift my eyelid/ upper brow area up. She kept holding my eyelid taut with her fingers each time she applied an extension so that made my eyes water and was slightly uncomfortable. Also from beginning to end it was around 40 mins. Lashes looked good and fine in the end but just be forewarned about that. read more

I love this place! I originally went to the first location in Monterey Park but now that I moved to hacienda heights i go to this location and it is just as good. I get the same experience and same quality of lashes as I did at the other location and I really appreciate the consistency! 10/10 recommend! I scheduled an appointment to get my lashes done because my friend referred me. They gave me the price and I scheduled with Ginger, she show me a chart with different lashes in length and style and I told her what I wanted and she took her time doing it. Couple month I went back and scheduled with Ginger again and I told her I want the same thing. She said it will be more than before since it was my first time that I had a discount. Explain to her that no one mention anything about discounts when I text to ask for the price for the first visit nor did she when I paid her the last time. I ask her can she do it the same price since I came back and I didn't know the cost changed after the first visit but she said no has to be the higher amount and if I don't want to get it done, it okay with her too that i could leave.
