Review 61/365 Day Challenge The vacuum area is really clean. Vacuum is good suction. About 6 stalls to vacuum and clean wipe your car after you run if they the drive thru car wash. I've had only great experiences here. Associates are really friendly here. At the end of your wash machine you run thru. There's an associate there to quickly hand dry your car w a hand towel. They always running a great promo for car wash monthly services and you get a great value. Highly recommended. Fill up your gas and get a wash also. read more

I never pictured that I would be writing a review for a car wash and gas station. I love going to this gas station with BLISS car eash because it's so convenient. It is just a block way from where I live. For the first time, I decided to purchase the car wash is it offered it to me when I was filling up gas. Last time I'm going to do that. The receipt didn't print and it didn't notify the front that I had purchased it. So the guy went to go grab it for me but it was the wrong receipt. So then my husband had to go down and grab a printout inside the gas station, which took a while. For some reason they still couldn't look it up by credit card. The kind thing they did was they just gave us an alternate recepit to get the carwash but by this time there was a pretty long line. I asked the manager if it was okay if I could cut in line since this took up so much of our time already. They had such a poor system that couldn't trace purchases to the machine from the gas station. This was so inconvenient and took so much unnecessary time especially since we were in a rush. I I have been a customer of Bliss Car Wash in Brea for several months and have two vehicles on their second-tier membership plan. The location has been very convenient because it is directly on my way to and from work. Until today, I had been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be renewing either membership and will be returning to Rapid Car Wash. When I went through the tunnel today, the drying wheel did not touch my vehicle until it reached approximately the middle of the windshield. While that was inconvenient, I understand that equipment does not always operate perfectly. Because it was a hot day, however, the remaining water dried within minutes and left water spots all over my car. The employee stationed at the end of the tunnel was waiting for the next vehicle, so I politely asked whether he could wet my towel so I could wipe off the water spots. This location does not have a water faucet for customer use. I have made the same request on previous occasions, and the employees have always been courteous and willing to help. This employee responded, "No, it's not going to happen," and shook his finger at me in a scolding and demeaning manner. I was not demanding a rewashing, a refund, or any special treatment. I was simply asking him to wet a towel so I could address the water spots myself. His response was rude, demeaning, and completely out of proportion to such a simple request. I did not argue with him or raise my voice. I was so taken aback by the way he spoke to me that I stopped cleaning my car and left. I still do not understand what would cause an employee to speak to a customer in that manner, for simply asking for a few seconds of assistance. I pay for two monthly memberships and have regularly patronized this location. I do not expect perfection, and I would not cancel over a mechanical issue or a few water spots. I am canceling because of the employee's dismissive, rude, disrespectful, and demeaning behavior. Basic courtesy should not be too much to expect. I will be taking both memberships and my business elsewhere. With so many of these self service car washes out there, I am hoping that those of you reading this will not want to encounter the insulting and offensive customer service I encountered, and choose to go somewhere else. This is the only way we as customers can send a meaningful message to these business owners that they are in business to get our business. So if they don't give a crap about how they treat their customers, we will go elsewhere. read more

The line moves fast, the place is clean, and overall it's a good quick car wash. The vacuum area can get a bit crowded on weekends.

I only use touchless car washes and after realizing that this one wasn't, I received the most amazing customer service ever! I requested a refund and received it immediately, and the manager called me to see how it all happened. He truly cares about how Bliss is represented and went to the trouble of following up to sus out just how the communication went sideways. Attendant harassed me because I didn't want to join their subscription service. I told him 'No' several times, he kept asking "Why?" (like I OWE him a reason to say no?!?), and "How often do I get my car washed?"; I finally said "Look, every time I come here I tell you 'no'". The attendant interrupts me and tells me there is "no need to be hostile"! So the attendant is allowed to be ridiculously pushy, but the patron can't annoyed? I have always bought the most expensive wash (and tipped), and been here several times over the last few years. Never going back. What an awful experience! Buying premium isn't enough BLISS car wash, you're only a valued customer if you subscribe. HANDS DOWN the WORST car washing experience I've ever had. Bliss car wash membership is worth the cost if you get your car washed often enough, especially for an electric car. There is a person at the end to dry your car so on days I don't want to pull over to the side to vacuum, I feel good to just leave. The vacuum suction is great; sometime a little too good that it sucks up everything, so don't leave anything out or near where you plan to vacuum. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Bliss Car Wash in Brea this afternoon. After declining their monthly membership--since I don't use the car wash frequently enough to justify it--I requested the discount coupon code and receipt. When you purchase the $22 Transform+ car wash, the machine prints a 50% off coupon (must be used within 14 days). The attendant withheld both until I specifically asked for them. When I inquired about the coupon code, the attendant responded sarcastically, saying, "I thought you don't use the car wash enough; you need to use it within 14 days." This comment was not only unprofessional but also dismissive of my decision. This is the second time the attendant at this location tried to withhold the discount coupon from me. It's disheartening to see that such unprofessional conduct continues, and I hope it's not encouraged by management. read more

LOVEEE this Bliss Car Wash Location!!! It does the job everytime I get bird poop or dust all over my car that I can't stand to see.
