The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside. I was worried that there might not be another local place that does touchless. However, this location has both and it's overall a better deal because they have a monthly membership for $20 which is the basic. You're allowed to wash your car once a day for a full month and have access to the compressed air and vacuums. I think I just might come here every day to get my money's worth. The only difference with this one compared to the other one is that you do have to go through the tunnel and there's only one. But the convenient thing is that your license plate will be read automatically so you don't have to input anything or step out of your car. The other main important thing is that the track that your car goes on is not like the typical ones. It's more like those sped up mats that you see at the airport. So I feel like it damages the tires less. However, when I first entered, I did not know that it was gonna be moving so suddenly. So I kind of struggled to put the car in neutral since it was already lurching the moment I got on. I think I read some reviews here that complaint that they bumped into the car in front of them, but the employee that let me on actually waited until the car in front of me was completely finished. At the end, it's really convenient that the exit is to the right. But also, if there isn't a car that's parked at a specific spot, you can also drive forward and pull up to the spot that's directly ahead. I thought it was cool because there seem to be more air compressors than spots. But it was extremely strong to the point that it hurt my ears, and they were kind of ringing at the end of it. The vacuums were strong too, but they were quiet. I was given two cloths for cleaning the dash, and an employee helped me pay for the membership. I'm honestly really glad that I started on the first of the month. Unfortunately, their $10 deal expired last week so I wasn't able to take advantage of that. But I'm looking forward to coming here every day from now on.
