The admin staff are lacking communication, no one is able to give final decisions and they waste your time endlessly. GOOD LUCK if you try to call anyone, they never answer their phones, even the front desk. They wanted to take THOUSANDS of dollars from me without providing any invoices and before giving me a service/ procedure. I started my post-procedure instructions and medication 10 days in advance, and the day of my procedure, they call me to reschedule the appointment. When I was booking a month in advance, i told them that my work requires that I travel a lot, and they promised they will be committed to the appointment they are giving me. On the day of the procedure, their reasoning was that the X-ray technician had an accident. I would've understood if this is true, but apparently last-minute rescheduling is a thing they do (according to other google reviewers) The clinic then calls me back to go on time (original booking ), and they will make me wait for 3-4 hours until i get my procedure, which I found disrespectful for my time. The X-Ray technician was not there, I did not see the doctor, and I did not feel comfortable with the operations manager taking my money before any guarantees or proof of payment. The staff also have left so i have no witness that i paid my bill. Eventually, when i decided to cancel my procedure (because nothing we agreed on was completed from their side) they did not want to give me back my deposit. There is no where in their communication (email or text) specifying that the deposit is non-refundable, plus it is not my problem they did not provide the service as agreed upon. Please stay away from this clinic if you can, they over-charge and under deliver. They are disorganized, and they will not keep their promises to what was agreed upon. They are greedy and will take every chance to take your money

I met with the clinic director, who asked if I had followed all their pre- and post-treatment care instructions, which I had. I then had an appointment with the clinic's own doctor who, after examining me, determined that the burn was likely due to the aesthetician using laser settings that were too high. I asked for a refund three times, and ten months after I first asked, was finally told that they "don't offer refunds beyond 10 days of the purchase date", and they would not issue me a refund despite the "fault on our part". Canada MedLaser shows a shocking disregard for client safety and well-being.
