Just got a pedicure. It was relaxing and they did a beautiful job on my feet. I was charged $35 plus an $18 charge for gel polish. Total was $57 plus tip. I wasn't aware of the price for gel ahead of time. Seemed like a lot to pay after my $10 tip for a pedicure. read more

Came here after work really quick bc most shops close at 7 and this one was closest after calling.. However while they were friendly, nice and accommodating; I was lwft less than satisfied.. I felt rush to pick a color and they lady that did my nails wasn't helpful when asking for help picking colors... Then she didnt even file one of my hands.. I had to go home and do it myself. Quality service with a management team who seems to care about their customers. From matching decor to quick accommodations, I was impressed from the minute we walked in. The staff wear uniforms, everyone is warm and inviting and don't whisper about you (or other guests) in their native language(s). You're treated as a client and they cake care of you. I took four family members in for pedicures and we were all seated in a separate pedicure area. It makes you feel like you're a VIP. There is careful care and attention to how the business is run and how everyone treats you. I have been going to nail salons for decades. Usually try to stick to the same ones but after I moved, I wanted something local. I'm highly impressed with Long (manager) and his staff and will definitely make this my new hangout for pampering. Outstanding salon. See my tip. Excellent service and products make for the perfect gem of a place. Btw request CND shellac rather than gel & make sure you see it being applied out of the shellac bottles. Shellac allows your natural nails to breathe vs. gel which is non porous so that is why CND oil can penetrate Shellac nails, but not gel nails. I'm new in town and searching for a new salon. I have given this place a try twice and will be going elsewhere. The salon is just ok. The front desk reception isn't very friendly, I felt rushed. I don't like having my nails and toes done at the same time. It's not comfortable to be twisting about while trying to enjoy a spa pedicure that they charge extra for. The technicians were nice and polite. FOLLOWUP (same day). The salon called me and left a message and text asking to make my experience right. The pedicure room is dark, private and has curtains that can separate the chairs, which are top-of-the-line. Everything is very sanitary. The employees are very kind. It is very clean, and they have a great separate room for pedicures, that allows you to really relax. My nails looked great, but my favorite part was the pedicure. This is THE best nail salon. The pedicure is great and includes a substantial foot massage. I have never been disappointed, but the highlight of the place is Don. I first started coming here when they first opened. I wanna say about 10 years ago. I never walked out unhappy no matter who did my nails. Never had to go back to get anything fixed! When my sister and u got married they closed down the salon to do our bridal nail party! We brought food and drinks and all. I had the privilege of having a pedicure by the owner. I've NEVER had such an amazing pedicure!!! The vibe was very relaxing, comfortable and quiet. I live in Fort Worth but make trips to Flower Mound weekly. I will now be saving my pedicure time for when I'm in the area. There was even the option to have a curtain between pedicure chairs for additional privacy. I have had Laura, Leann and Don do my NexGen nails and they have been wonderful! I usually get cut around my cuticles but I have never experienced them cut me (that's a major plus)! The price for NexGen was $36, much cheaper than the surrounding places. I got the chance to get a basic pedicure with Mary and that was wonderful. I have to start by saying, they have their loyal fan base, so they must be doing something right. Unfortunately that's not my experience. I had my nails done here and when finished it felt and looked like there was a layer of sand under the polish, and they looked AWFUL! I went back to have them fixed and they acted like it was my fault. The person that "fixed" them said "go wash your hands" and then threw a warm towel at me. She seemed angry that she had to fix them.
