I like this local nail salon. Nothing spectacular but regularly good and decent. Wish they had a better online presence; best way to book is by phone, but I'm just usually a walk in once every other month. Also wish they would do nail stickers, but that's fine. Thing I care about most is sanitary practices and they're pretty much ok in that department. It isn't aseptic technique, but definitely clean enough. read more

I got a basic pedicure and gel tips. The total came to $122.00. I had no special art. Just French tips. And then white gel on my toes. Maybe I'm out of touch, but I really am shocked at this price. Do you think the attached photo is worth $122.00? My friend likewise got all white gel nails with tips and plain nail polish on her toes. Again no art. Her total was $95.00 In all my life I've NEVER paid this much for nails and I've gotten gel, dip, art, etc. I'm really not seeing what was $122.00 literally total together we paid $217. I got my nails done by Leo on Friday... it's Thursday and the polish is chipping. Came in to get fixed, I was talked about by Leo in another language before approached by a woman saying they could only apply clear while the color is missing. I was prepared to pay but not full price however they seemed more intent to prove me wrong versus making me satisfied. Now they lost a client. read more

I made an appointment at 12 for a gel manicure and pedicure. I arrived at 12:03.. no greeting, no standard "pick a color and we will be with you in a minute" ...... waited until 12:20 to be taken to a dirty table. While the guy answered every call that came in requesting appointments, I waited somewhat patiently as he searched through the apt book and scheduled people. By 12:35 the lengthy process of removing my gel manicure hadn't even begun. I knew this would be a 2 plus hour process, and wasn't sure of anything at this point. I left. There are way too many nail salons in this area to have to put up with such terrible service. That is a service industry. I expect the care minimum. Cleanliness, honoring my appointment and some attention while I am there. None was given. I will not return. read more

I requested a full set SHORT nails and with GEL and NO DESIGN, as well as a CLASSIC GEL pedicure .. total was $150 ?!?! I go to checkout and the nail tech ringing me up says $150 but her tone and stance didn't sit right with me. It was a question tone like, "$150" as if she was asking me the price. Shouldn't you know your prices ??A classic pedicure is somewhere around 35 plus added few dollars for gel and a full set is about $55. How does that add up ?? Purity Nails does an amazing job, and my manicures have lasted so long. I find even when I do tips it always looks so natural. I ALWAYS make my appointments with T and she does an incredible job! I went to this salon because of the views but I will not be back. There's too many options and places to give a shot. I was disappointed with my visit. I called ahead and was told to come in ASAP. When I arrived I wasn't greeted or told any instruction. I signed myself in and started looking at colors (bc that's standard procedure). I selected my color and eventually was greeted. I told my lady my color and she came back with a completely different color and said that the one she had was better...thankfully I'm not picky but I found that odd especially bc they weren't even close to the same color. I was escorted to a table and she took off my prior gel coat. I told her that my nails were 3 weeks out and she made the comment that I need to come every 2 weeks bc they lose money and whoever did them did them too well...also odd. I was then switched to a guy that was nice but answering the phone the entire time doing my nails. The work area wasn't the cleanest and it just felt rushed. There was 0 cuticle care. Upon paying the lady who checked me out was super pushy on paying with cash tip (I know why but damn I felt like I was being scolded). This place is super clean, the technicians are friendly, and they did good on my nails.

I went in for a mani/pedi and requested a specific manicurist. I was given someone else. She did not give me her name. During my pedicure, the worker cut my toe while clipping the nails. I let her know that I was in pain and I also let her know I was bleeding. I'm not sure why she didn't see that since she was inches from my foot. Only after telling her I was in pain did she try to stop the bleeding. Since she was not aware, or seemed to care, that she was cutting me, I stopped her and left...cancelling the manicure. No one else there seemed interested in what was going on. I was charged full price for my pedicure. I will NEVER go back to this salon again. If you do, good luck. My daughter and I had an appointment tonight at Purity nail & spa. Tony was my tech and could not find the color I wanted which was #181 (orange), returning with red and a dark purple. The service ended with him putting hot towels on my legs and never returned to take them off. He was too worried getting to his next client. Peter was my daughters tech who was rough with her the whole time and cut her repeatedly, without any apology after she told him. Her polish does not look even and her toe nail with acrylic is not straight after she told him it was crooked. We will not be returning here and would not recommend this nail salon. read more

I made an appointment this morning and came to my appointment on time but waited well over 30 minutes to get any service done and this was my first visit. They kept stalling me telling me to pick a color without just saying they're behind and could not honor my appointment time. After my scheduled pedicure was done, I'm still waiting another 30 minutes so far for my nail service and this place closes in 40 minutes. My whole evening has been totally wasted.
