If there's one thing I didn't want at our wedding, it's an unfinished, hardly eaten cake that we've spent a fortune on for the traditional cake cutting ceremony. So what did me and my now husband do? We ditched the cake and opted for something fun, portable, and easy to eat on the dance floor -- popsicles! We've searched online for alternative desserts and magically found Bliss Pops. We were amazed at the variety of flavors offered. We had several vegan guests in attendance and were thrilled to see so many different options that cater to a dairy free diet like Sea Salt Caramel Coffee, Mango, and Coconut. What even made it more enticing was the price - at $3 a piece, it couldn't be beat. We ordered 80 popsicles for a guest count of 94. I've heard advice online and on IG stating that you should only account for about 70% of your guests when buying dessert. For some reason, this was completely off for our wedding lol. All 80 popsicles were accounted for and were gone in no time. I think Mike was only there to staff the cart for like 15-30 min and was out the door once it all popsicles were gone. My only regret is not ordering enough as they do not carry additional popsicles on hand for purchase; only what you've ordered. We also had the opportunity to customize the cart which made it personal. Mike was so supportive of the design and was a joy to work with! He had the most welcoming smile handing out popsicles to our guests. Everyone enjoyed them and I'm sad there wasn't any extra leftover to take home and try! Next time for sure. They were all very good. I would say the fruit flavors are very refreshing. But the stand out for me was Key Lime Pie. Our order included the cart rental for 3 hours, plus 80 pops, for just $396. They only need 1 minute to set up, so we set their arrival time for 15 minutes prior to our event. They bring the cart, pops, umbrella, and sign with the flavors.
