My son just came back from this location with a terrible cut. He is very good at sitting and loves going to the barber shop but his normal location was booked. Brought him here because someone recommended it due to it being cheaper and now I see why it's cheaper. Would not suggest for boys cuts. I had spent the last four months growing out a really bad hair cut, so in spite of living clear across town, I decided to return to Klassy Kuts where I used to be a regular customer. I was greeted immediately as I walked through the door and was very quickly seated at one of the stations. Karen listened as I told her what had happened and then got to work on the best hair cut I have had in a long time. She followed my directions while keeping up a very pleasant conversation, and in a very short time I was leaving feeling so much better than when I walked in. The price was very reasonable and the salon is extremely clean and well organized. As I was leaving, the owner, Jackie, came in and remembered me from earlier visits. This place is TERRIBLE!!!! i asked for a wash, cut, and style. Leeda washed and cut my hair, and blew dry it but DID NOT STYLE IT, I had to ASK for her to even curl my hair. She complained about my hair and asked "who did your hair because it's dead and dry?" And then complained about my hair being "thin". They kept speaking in their native language and staring at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Then UPCHARGED ME for the curls even though it's 40$ for a cut/wash/style!!!! Very unfriendly environment and would not even take my family there even if you paid me. If you want to be upcharged for no control on how your hair is, then go here! :( read more

My wife has dementia. She can be difficult. She has been treated very well and because of that she happily goes and gets her hair done.

Went to get a haircut over the weekend. I am definitely not a difficult customer, as I don't really have high expectations. Just want a easy cut, if it comes out bad then oh well. But this hair cut is just terrible. Ridiculously shorter than ever. The layers are so choppy, my hair looks like a mop. Leeda did my hair and I felt she's quite unprofessional. I don't really care where you come from or how many years of experience you have. There is a level of respect that should be maintained, especially in customer service. I would not recommend at all. Cut your own hair instead of coming here, you are much better off. read more

My last attempt to get service here was july 3 2020 covid is an issue but I went in to see if they are open for a haircut for my son or can set up an appointment. Well I walk in no one asks me anything but just looks at me like always.then I ask do you want me to sign in? And I also ask if I need to make an appointment. Lady looks at me weird and says they are too busy and does not offer me an appointment. Just looks at me stuck in stupid. So I leave. Overall they have bad communication skills. read more
