When I politely asked how much longer it would be, her response was snippy and unprofessional. She even asked, "Why? Do you have somewhere else you need to be?" I explained that I had another appointment and would need to call and push it back. Her only response was an annoyed sigh. I had to decline an originally planned part of my service because the new product (an only option) used has something I'm allergic to in it. Throughout the service, she barely spoke to me and only offered to count down halfway through the wax appointment. It was more painful than usual and felt very rushed. Her overall demeanor made me feel like she was annoyed to be there--or at least annoyed to be working with me. To make matters worse, it has been two days since my appointment and I have not received any follow-up survey, which is usually standard. This is not the level of professionalism I expect, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable. I doubt I will return to this establishment and will definitely decline service from this technician.

I came in to get a few services done, including my eyebrows, which I normally get waxed with regular wax. When I asked for a wax, the lady had me switch chairs and began using hard wax instead. When it came time to remove the wax, she pulled very slowly, which made it much more painful and left a lot of residue behind. I told her I didn't like that and politely asked if she could switch to the regular wax I usually use. She insisted that hard wax would give better results and continued anyway. Again, she removed the wax slowly, which ended up pulling out a noticeable chunk of my brow hair. I asked her to stop and switch the wax, but by that point, she had already thinned out my eyebrow significantly. She then started on my other brow with hard wax again, despite me repeatedly asking for regular wax. She even dropped wax directly on my brow and tugged at it as it dried, which pulled out another chunk of hair. I stopped her immediately, very upset that she had ignored my requests and damaged my eyebrows. I decided not to proceed with any other services because of how poorly this was handled. Continuing from my recently edited review on 7/2/24:…read more Then she said that I could be seeing the lines because I'm sleeping on my left side (because SHE noticed her "11's" being more pronounced when she slept on her left side). Not once did she ask which side I sleep on (it's not my left!), so it frustrated me that she felt okay to make that assumption. She kept insisting that the line isn't visible, AS I WAS POINTING IT OUT TO HER WHILE HOLDING A MIRROR! She then leaned back against one of the counters and said I had 2 options. First, she said there wasn't anything she could do and that I just had to let it be. Then she said I could spend money to buy additional units to inject, but she didn't seem like she was interested in truly helping me figure out a reasonable solution to an issue that was created by a service from their medspa. I left feeling like I'd wasted my time (and lunch hour), was pretty much dismissed and made to feel unheard. Ironically, if I had actually felt like she was hearing what I had repeatedly tried to convey and suggested that the issue might be resolved with the purchase of a few additional units I would have gladly paid for it. Instead, she tried to make me feel like my concerns were not valid and then showed absolutely ZERO concern that I was leaving their facility more frustrated and without a solution. They (including the ladies at the reception area) seemed more concerned about getting out of there since they will be closed for the rest of the week for the July 4th holiday. Maybe other clients have just had the good fortune of having better experiences and better people to provide their services to them. This just doesn't happen to be the case for me. Obviously, this isn't the right medspa for me or for my needs/concerns.
