It's been six months and I'm still trying to get my hair to become healthy again and living with a hair color that I absolutely dislike. Not sure why she bleached all my hair, put red in it when all of that could have been achieved with highlights (she agreed). Plus she charged me $200 and said she would look at her schedule to fix my hair but never got back to me. Side note, she told me that she purposely sabotaged a few clients hair because she did not like them. I question her integrity and if she should even have a hair stylist license.

They say to "be aware of our 24-hour cancelation policy" in push notifications but don't make it clear on what that is. Absolutely understand protecting the workers and their time, but for the first time ever, I had an important work meeting come up during my appointment I couldn't change and tried to reschedule for later the same day or that week and was offered zero flexibility--and was told I'd be charged 50% of the service. Again, love the workers and understand protecting them, but there should be one free late-cancellation or flexibility to move the same day, especially for regular, loyal customers.
