The downside of coming here is that the manager guy is not very friendly and was definitely trying to sneak some charges in. I had my natural nails that needed to be filed with a dip change. There were no nail extensions, extra shaping, or anything other than the flower design on my ring finger that I asked for, but as you can see on the receipt, I was charged for these items. Without a manicure, I was expecting to pay maybe $50 for the dip color - $60 with the design. At my other salon they always tell me it will be extra and I give them the okay, but the point is they are transparent. This guy just rang me up without showing me the charges and I didn't see they charged me $80 until after I asked for my receipt. Maybe I'm off here, but just posting this to help other people understand the charges if you choose a design!

She never soaked my nails, trimmed my cuticles or applied lotion or oil after the service was done. She literally left the light just sitting on my lap and never returned. I had to wash my hands to get rid of all of the left over nail dust from the dremel before we checked out. My pedicure person took a chunk out of my skin while scrubbing the side of my big toe while she was talking to her co worker. There was no callous to scrub so she was just ripping normal skin. She also made multiple comments about my toes and yelled at me when they accidentally hit the top of the light. Everyone was clearly in a rush even though we arrived two hours before closing. After lotioning and oiling my legs she just raked a dry dirty towel down them to finish the service. Although this place has good reviews on google and that's why we came - I would never come back.

Despite having an appointment, I sat in the chair for 20 minutes before anyone even started my service. I had already explained that I was on a time constraint, yet the appointment ended up taking 2.5 hours. Because of the delay, I missed the important event I had scheduled after my appointment. The entire reason I made an appointment was to avoid this exact situation. When I explained how disappointed I was and how their lack of respect for appointment times caused me to miss my event, the only resolution they offered was a $5 gift card. It felt less like they cared about making things right and more like they wanted me to stop bringing up the issue. What was even more disappointing was that the owner refused to speak with me directly. The employee told me, "I know you'd like to talk with him, but he is refusing." As a customer, that was incredibly unprofessional and showed a lack of accountability. Appointments should mean something. If a business cannot honor appointment times, they should communicate delays honestly or avoid booking customers so closely together. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel that customer service and respect for customers' time are not priorities here. The environment was peaceful and clean. I really like Cime Nails but they often over book and with an appointment expect you to wait 30+ minutes after your time. I definitely will go back to Galaxy.
