Amazing massage. Feel great . Very happy. Is my new go to place for a massage. You will not be disappointed.

5/23/26 - Today will be my last time there. I had scheduled a 2hr massage, 15 min shower bed and 15 min body scrub. My appointment time was set for 12:30. I arrived at 12:15 and was checked in. I never got to my room till 12:45 then waited for another 10 min till my actual message started. My time of finish should have been 3:00. They said I was done at 2:45. My shower and body scrub was maybe 15 minutes total and felt rushed. With my late start and the amount times they left room and I waited, My done time should have been closer to 3:30. This is not the first time this has happened to me and I have read its something that seems to happen a lot. Also, when your done they expect a tip. A lady that finished up while I was waiting got the massage as a gift and they insissted on a tip from her. Tips are not required and this was one issue I had in my first visit. 2/28/26 - Been going for a few times now and this last time I was not happy with the service. First, I chose Therapist #2 from their drop down menu seeing they don't list the names which they really need too, but now I know who they are. I had already tried them all but #2 so I chose her. However, when I got there I got #1, the one I usually have, who really is a nice lady and I like her, but I was set on trying someone new. So that was the first disappointment. The next was during my entire massage 2 things kept happening which prevented me from really relaxing and getting into the massage. One, the therapist's phone just kept buzzing in her pants like every 5 minutes and it was pretty noticeable. Second, it seemed that my therapist was also the desk clerk, so every time someone came in, she had to go out front so again it was kind of hard to relax when she was stopping to tend to someone else. My opinion, If she needed to take care of the front, then she should not have been doing any massages. So another issue I had was, I always do a 2 hour massage. This time, seeing I got a discount for being a member, I decided to try a table shower that is supposed to be 15 minutes long. So, my entire time there should have been 2 hours and 15 minutes. I got less than 2 hours if you count the time that she was stopping to tend to the front office. So as far as I am concerned, I did not get my money's worth. This is strike number 2, not sure I am going back. I noticed another massage parlor down the street from here I may try now. It's too bad seeing I liked this location and the ladies and girls are really nice and they do, do a good job. The table shower was amazing as well. ****************************************************************** 7/13/25 - I decided to give this place another try. And I am changing my review from a 3 star to a 5 star. This last visit has very much improved since my first visit. Anna was amazing. She listened to my concerns and request and fulfilled them completely. I can not wait till my next visit with her. 5/25 So I just recently had a massage at the Irmo location. I was going to give a 4 or 5 star rating during my massage, but they had some technical issues with the speaker in the room kept loosing connection with blue tooth and kept trying to fix that, taking time from my massage. I finally had to say I was good with no music. The therapist was really good with the massage and I had planned on still giving at least a 4 star rating until It was time to give a tip. First, I had 2 hour Swedish massage which was $140 with tax, so 20% of that is about $30. On their website it states "Tips can be paid via Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, or Credit Card. If the service you received meets your expectations, please consider tipping 15% to 30%". So I went to pay for the tip with my Credit Card and was doing $25 on the $140. They then brought my attention to a sign that they have on the counter that basses' tips per hour. So basically, they wanted me to double my tip. Well, when I tip in restaurants its based of the price of the meal. Then they kept telling me in cash was better because of the CC fee which I had no issue with and told them that. But the fact they seemed to try to get me to tip by the hour and talking about paying that in cash (which I never carry) just put a sour taste in my mouth. Which is a shame because I really did like this place and really enjoyed my massage. Now, I think they need to post that sign on their website, so people know in advance what they are expecting in tips and that they rather get their tips in cash. It just makes me feel very uncomfortable when I am not aware of something. I also find it a little annoying that you cannot select a masseuse by name on the website. read more

My girlfriend and I went in for a couples massage. The atmosphere was great, the massage itself was great, other than one our masseuses leaving the room frequently. When we checked out, my girlfriend paid the masseuse the $240 for the massages and presented them with $20 for a tip. The lady seemed confused and we clarified $10 each. I read the business managers response to my girlfriend Brice's review and no clarification is needed. At checkout her precise verbage was that 20% was expected. We felt very uncomfortable and it was a very rude ending to what started out to be a great experience. read more

The location was in a small shopping center but there was plenty of parking. As soon as I arrived, I let them know I had an 1100am appointment. They took me in right on time. Inside was very clean and cozy. You are told to take off your shoes in the foyer which caught me by surprise but it made me feel at home. I walked into a room, it was warm and clean and after changing, my masseuse walked in and asked me what kind of pressure I wanted. I let her know and she went straight to work. I would have maybe liked a little more pressure but I could only imagine keeping it up for hours on end. For the constant pressure she did keep it was still an awesome massage and I most certainly recommend this location. The ladies who worked there were very sweet and professional ( Im sorry I didn't get your name, I was completely relaxed though ) I ended up getting the Jellyfish package deal 60 minute body and 60 minute foot massage) and I definitely walked out feeling like jelly. Came here because my usual place, Wellness Massage, in Lexington was full. I had been invited to the new place by Miss Sally. Nice parking in rear of building. Everything was nice, clean, new. People were very nice. No sureose there as Miss Sally always has polite people. I was greeted by Bella, who asked me the particulars: how long, pressure, tanle shower before or after. I brought my boyfriend in for a birthday, couple massage. Neither of us has ever had a professional massage done. The atmosphere was beautiful; however, the customer service was terrible. We were greeted with an immediate response of giving us directions as to what to do (take our shoes off at the door). My impression was she may not speak English well. The massages themselves were really good. The add on of the hot stone could have been a little longer, but overall we felt really good after...until...we went to pay. I had been told over the phone the price would be $240 so I brought $260. When I went to pay the lady made me feel horrible and embarrassed when she questioned my tip! She obviously could speak English when she told me 20% was expected! I said that is all I have and if they EXPECT a tip, they should include it in the price. I wish I had just taken the $20 back and told her if that wasn't good enough, I'd take it back! But, I didn't. I personally make $15 an hour, so this was a big spend for me and I was excited to experience it with my boyfriend only to have it ruined by rudeness. My husband and I attended this establishment on July 26 to receive a couple of massage with the stone treatment. The massage itself was amazing and the experience of the massage was nice. With that being said, the young ladies and the reception area will try to scam you out of the price that is listed on the website. For a couples massage for an hour long with a hot stone treatment it is displayed as $160 on the website. After my service, the two young ladies at the reception area wanted to charge me $200 plus a tip that they said they deserved because they worked hard. I don't mind tipping, but charging me extra on the actual price that was quoted to me over the phone and on the website is very foreign and scamming to me. They lost themselves a customer because I wanted a month-long membership for myself and my husband, but now I will have to look elsewhere because of false advertisement and greedy reception, ladies. read more

I was a walk-in after masseuses not available at Lexington location. I was greeted by Bella, who was friendly and smiling. Inside it is very nice. Converted house, I believe was previously a spa, also. Place was nicely upgraded. Very convenient parking behind the building. Bella walked me to my room, and I got ready and played down on the table. Bella knocked, and entered, made sure all draping in place. Proceeded with massage and asked if pressure was good. She was very attentive to my problem area in my lower back and shoulders. Her touch was nice, firm, and soothing. Almost fell asleep. We have received massages at both Lexington and now the new Irmo location. I have traveled the world, had massages at some of the best Four Seasons resorts and still nothing compares to the massages that Wellness Massage gives. We usually get the hour and half but the hour is good too and both include hot stone, hot towel with the massage. Very clean as well! You won't ever be disappointed with your massage. In previous massage experiences, every time I would tell the masseuse to apply more pressure, they wouldn't do it, somehow fearing they'd hurt me I guess.
