Being this is my first massage ever in life, Montana ensured I was comfortable and checked on me to make sure I was okay or needed more or less pressure. I was expecting just a back massage but it turned into a full body and it was AMAZINGGG!!! The prices are now far higher than other salons in the area, yet the quality and customer service have gotten worse. I've had two scheduled appointments where I still waited so long that I had to leave. On another visit, the technician I was booked with took a different customer and told me to "wait a little while," which turned into more than an hour. My most recent fill was poorly done where a chunk of the filler broke off, and they admitted it wasn't applied strongly enough, yet still charged me again to fix it. They didn't file my nails, and the polish has been peeling quickly after each visit. When I asked for a simple polish refresh (not gel), they quoted me $30, even though other salons charge around $12 and I brought my own polish. After years of loyalty, I'm moving to TN Nails instead. Save your money because the service at Alpha Nail Spa is no longer worth the price.
