Absolutely crazy! The worst part is I live in the apartments right next to them and I would be there every morning if that interaction didn't happen! All about supporting small businesses but when you're rude to your customers like that you're still just a business.

My husband and I indulge in fresh coffee and tea drink flavors, healthy and filling breakfasts, and yummy desserts-- and every single time I see people I know and love just "bumping into" more regularly. The sweethearted staff always puts up with my need for extra help in ordering (I have a sugar allergy, which can make getting to try a seasonal drink tricky-- but they do their best to make it work for me!). The business supports an incredible cause, which also serves to strengthen and help our immediate community. There should have been a beacon of light and a choir of angels singing, because guess what? Their coffee IS that good. Smooth, strong, full-bodied and definitely NOT burnt....cough...Starbucks...cough cough...Wow, my throat is scratchy or something! I think I need some Bumper Crop Coffee! It warmed us to our toes. I also like the selection of different milks you can get from hemp, almond, soy, coconut, 1%, 2% and whole. I was surprised they even had coconut whipped cream. I've heard bad reviews about customer service there. I have gone several times and the atmosphere has been super friendly and they are very cheerful. I will definitely be going back.
