Well, we noticed again, that the colors didn't match. She ended up having to find a different color that closely matched and used it to paint OVER the color on my toenails that she'd already painted on. I didn't like this particular encounter because she rushed through my service, especially once the color, AGAIN, didn't match. Nails are straight and there's still a difference in shades between my nails and toenails. I wished he had gotten a tech with more patience and more concern to take care of me, especially after having the experience I had beforehand. I'd never experienced this in like 17 years and I've been all over, to include overseas. I had high hopes after speaking with the owner but I guess the tech didn't share his enthusiasm to make things right. Original Review: Went in and asked for a regular mani/pedi. The whole time I was getting my pedicure, the tech was trying to upsell the gel manicure. She said, the regular polish would chip and they have the color match in gel. I guess this is the color match (see picture). I spent my money, wasted my time. All for this. I can't stand it. Only gave two stars because my pedicure was good with the exception of her using a drill on my toenails which was odd because it was regular polish but she didn't cut me so I left it alone. I wouldn't recommend the pedicures here which automatically cuts my review in half. Manicures seem fine but really vary on who you get. I can't say I'd be back, but if you skip the pedicure and get the right employee to do your manicure you would probably rate it as a 4 star shop.
