We did our homework for sure, we have had experience with the Tempupedic mattress in the past but this one knocks it out of the park. My side of the bed we ended purchasing was the top of the line Tempupedic because I have health issues and this bed does so much to help support that. I've had chronic back pain for years, decades even. With this new bed in the zero gravity position it's not been an issue. I also suffer froms swollen ankles at night and in the zero gravity position that's gone as well. The message features are also over the top. With the Tempurpedic app you can track all aspects of your sleep. If you can spend a bit more money you can make a big difference in your overall well being. I purchased a Tempur-Pedic firm queen mattress from BedMart in Oregon prior to relocating to…read moreColorado. The salesperson stated the mattress was new, simply a prior-year model. It was loaded from BedMart's warehouse directly into our moving van. When opened in Colorado, the mattress was clearly used. I have photographs taken immediately upon opening and all original receipts. I initially contacted BedMart but was unable to resolve the issue at that time due to my move. I later contacted BedMart again and explained that this is not a warranty issue, but a misrepresentation at the point of sale. Despite this, BedMart referred me to the manufacturer warranty and declined responsibility, citing time elapsed and the mattress being in another state. This complaint concerns the sale of a used product represented as new and BedMart's refusal to provide a reasonable corrective resolution. Requested Resolution: Replacement with a new, firm, queen-size Tempur-Pedic mattress or a fair corrective solution consistent with what was represented at purchase. Erin stayed on the phone, and guided me to the store, using landmarks in this huge parking lot. Okay, so I finally get tom the store, and wanted to see the Shiitake X-Chair. Erin it to showed me. It was definitely a mushroom color, but the manufacturer insisted that it was a dark green. Erin started a chat with the manufacturer and sent them a photo. So many people rely on the photos on websites, but what if it's the wrong photo? I asked Erin if she could order a new one from the manufacturer to see what color shows up. "Sure thing!" I would say this is great customer service.
