He was so knowledgeable about every single mattress, gave us all of the information that we needed (durability, weight distribution, differences in springs/foam/latex/science) and even more. He took his time answering all of our questions (even though we felt they might be dumb) and thoroughly made sure that we left feeling awesome, even though we still needed to take a bit more time deciding on such a big purchase. He will be fair and honest and really just wants to be the best at what he does, and Holy Crap- he does! It was loaded from BedMart's warehouse directly into our moving van. When opened in Colorado, the mattress was clearly used. I have photographs taken immediately upon opening and all original receipts. I initially contacted BedMart but was unable to resolve the issue at that time due to my move. I later contacted BedMart again and explained that this is not a warranty issue, but a misrepresentation at the point of sale. Despite this, BedMart referred me to the manufacturer warranty and declined responsibility, citing time elapsed and the mattress being in another state. This complaint concerns the sale of a used product represented as new and BedMart's refusal to provide a reasonable corrective resolution. Requested Resolution: Replacement with a new, firm, queen-size Tempur-Pedic mattress or a fair corrective solution consistent with what was represented at purchase. First, someone actually picked up the phone when I called and I spoke with a nice human being, not some kind of A.I. robot. She took my order and put in special notes saying when this would needed to be done by. I followed up a couple of times by email to check the status of the order. Both times I got a prompt response. The mattress shipped on time and is perfect. The Revel has an odd bed design, and this mattress fits really well. Way more comfortable than the original mattress. I recommend this company for sure. When our furniture was delivered the couch was dropped twice outside. Turned out there was damage inside that caused loud squeaking upon sitting. When you call to address you have to go through corporate. They scheduled a technician to come by who fixed the noise somewhat, but after a day it started again, just not as loud. The furniture is okay, not the most comfy but it wasn't too pricey so I suppose it's fair. Not the greatest experience overall.

I don't leave negative reviews, but this is the WORST couch we've ever had or sat on…read more AVOID ASHLEY AT ALL COSTS. my partner bought a couch from Ashley 4 years ago and it's great! so we decided to get another from them. this couch has gone downhill FAST. it has deteriorated worse in 5 months than his old couch has in 4 years. we bought in June, and it is 5 months later and it is pilling EVERYWHERE, the seat cushions are completely flattened and there's giant gaps between them. my legs go numb after sitting on it for too long, it's like sitting on wood covered in itchy, poorly made, fabric. it's also creaking already. technician came out and said that it is a subpar couch and poorly made, but that Ashley will say it's normal ware. as of now I cannot recommend Ashley furniture at all and would suggest to stay away. pending the resolution and the outcome, it might be a different story, but they are not a good company to work with or buy from. pictures speak for themselves, the amount of pilling on this is couch is ridiculous.
