He rushed me through the application process and it wasn't even a second after putting my information in he was like declined. You'll get a letter...he didn't discuss options before, during or after applying or anything? Just ZERO help. The whole interaction was awkward and I never felt so unwelcome in a business. He may want to rethink his position in sales.. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

We kind of knew what we wanted but explained our physical situation with hip and knee replacements. Rich took a lot of time and worked with us. He explained several mattress constructions and showed us several that may work for us specifically. We even took the the test on the computer bed to see if we were close to what we thought we wanted. We felt very comfortable with him and felt that he was not trying to "sell" us but rather wanted to help us get the mattress that was best for us. We purchased a mattress right then and there. I wanted to replace it with something durable, comfortable but also wouldn't break the bank. I called several other other mattress stores and I could tell the salespeople sensed my urgency and quoted me very high prices. When I finally called mattress depot they were very understanding and jumped into action. They provided me with multiple choices within my price range and even higher quality than what I was originally looking to buy. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else.

He took me to the beds with the medium firmness and with the head/leg tilt as the base. I tried the firm one and then the medium one. The manager Gordon was sitting nearby at his desk, and let me know that the softer of the two beds would be better, since I am a side sleeper. Evan provided a quote for both king and queen size beds, plus gave me a couple discounts reducing the price. Two pillows, free delivery, free set up, and free take away for old bed were all included. After comparing prices at a couple other places, pricing on the bed I was looking for was comparable, but Even saved me an additional $1000 without trying to sell me something I did not want. When I went back to purchase the bed, Gordon was there to help. He took the time to explain that HSA/FSA dollars could be used to reimburse some of the cost of the bed, since the bed is needed for medical reasons. Otherwise, we would have not known about this option. We bought the bed and returned the next day to pick up the sheet set, since Gordon offered a discount for those on the phone. When we went in, he gave us even more of a discount, which was nice, so I purchased two sets. Gordon is very knowledgeable on sleep postures and the beds in his store. He went above and beyond with making sure we got the right mattress, and he is also a delight to talk to. Evan is also very friendly and makes sure he knows exactly what you are looking for. They let us try out the brand we were interested in and then began asking lots of questions about sleep style and such, as we tried a few more brands.
