It was two toned where it was still dark on the bottom and a dull grey on top except for a brighter silver in front. I wanted to brighten it up and yet look natural and she did an amazing job! It looks more uniform and brighter and maintenance is extremely low! She also thinned out the bulk in my hair which can get very unruly! I had a couple of schedule changes which I know is a pain in the butt, but Alex was ever so sweet and willing to work with me. Alex arrived on time, and was able to match my inspo pic to a T. I was pretty nervous as I don't usually wear makeup aside from mascara and eyeliner, but Alex made me feel at ease, and even toned down the blush a bit at the end. Aside from her professionalism, Alex is also super down to earth and easy to talk to, making the 1.5 hr session pass by quickly. They could not have been more kind about it. Truly. Absolute gems of humans working in here. Due to scheduling constraints (mine), I didn't have the time to drive to their other location and still get my hair done in time for upcoming meetings I had. Again, this was not their fault nor the fault of the other location--and still they so incredibly kindly fit me in with a stylist (Sidney) here. I'm so glad they did! Sidney was lovely. She does impeccable work and is so thoughtful in her approach. She was thorough in her questions so that she could be sure to get me the color and cut I was looking for. She also had Lilly assisting her throughout my experience (since they were squeezing me in, it needed to be a group effort) and Lilly was equally lovely. The head massage she gave me during my shampoo was exactly what I needed after a couple stressful days of travel. Their prices are reasonable. Everyone I met here (from the owner to the stylists helping me to other stylists working the morning I was in) were warm and welcoming. The shop itself is chic and clean. And, the best part? A beautiful cut and exactly the color I was hoping for. And, even better? I didn't have to restyle my hair when I left (this never happens!).
