I'm a strong believer in redemption, and this review is an average of the two experiences. Drybar hit it out of the park with my second try. Excellent service all around: from the receptionist who greeted me and immediately offered a beverage to get me started to my stylist, Carol Ann, who has been the first stylist in many months (as a person who gets blowouts weekly) to actually understand how to style bangs properly. Relaxing hair wash and massage. I appreciated that the stylist seriously listened to me and my notes about how my hair behaves, the style I wanted, and how to reconcile those things. One of my gripes about Drybar in general is the product line and style menu is extremely dated (we are no longer in the early aughts) but my stylist really understood current trends, how to overcome drawbacks in the style products and tools and was honestly one of the best blowouts I have had in ages. True kudos to her training, Carol Ann deeply understands hair. On an extreme humidity day and an evening I had a concert, my smooth/straight blowout held up as expected and only got better with time. It's a very solid blowout experience, and with the membership for $45 a month, reasonable. I still think the hair product themselves and the company's reticence to update their style menu hold them back from truly being able to get 5 stars from me, but there are some truly talented excellent stylists at this location, who are worth it.

This is a hidden gem in Lebanon if you are just moving here. I found them by searching online, with…read moreno referrals or clue as to where I was going. I needed a haircut and they fit me in quickly. I walked in and was blown away by the salon, the attention to detail, the products and most importantly the service. When I walked out I felt more confident and regenerated because I had not taken care of myself in a long time. It meant a lot to get such a quality cut and highlight from knowledgeable, down to earth experts. I discovered one of their anti-frizz products that is better than anything I could buy over the counter. Believe me, I tried them all. I had been dreading finding a new salon since I moved from Nashville closer to Lebanon but Belladonna gave me the service I had been looking for. It had been over 6 months since I had a cut/color and my mangy locks were unruly with split ends and uneven color. I knew that the stylist who got me would have their work cut out for them (literally). I was paired with Makayla, a new stylist to the salon. She immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. She had a spunky attitude and her purple hair and gave me exactly what I wanted. She dyed my hair the color I asked her to do and did a good job on my haircut as well. My total was $70 which blew my mind how inexpensive these two services were. She even saw me at 5:30 pm on a Friday evening after the other stylists had finished for the day. She was accommodating and styled my hair for me before finishing as well. Overall, very impressed by this small salon. I left feeling like a belladonna!

I have been using Tara as she does a really good job on short haircuts and is usually very business like and enjoyable however, weeks ago I canceled an appointment via voicemail not realizing that I needed to keep a record so her policy is you pay $20 when you book the appointment and that goes towards your total cost of whatever you're having done so I realized I would be out $20. I was OK with that. If you do not cancel you're out the 20 and whatever the cost of your hair appointment was gonna be I didn't think I needed to worry about that because I had done my due diligence yesterday. I noticed there was a 50 some odd charge on my debit card so I thought well that's weird. I'm sure it was a mistake so I called left her a voice message and she pretty much didn't wanna talk to me or refuse to talk to me and continue to use text message. I find it very odd that a professional would only use text message to conduct business. It's very hard to communicate that way and have a conversation so I explained the situation to her and she pretty much said that's not what happened but had no proof that that's not what happened and wouldn't fix my situation so I had to take alternate routes. I hate this because I really like this Salon and I hate that she lost a customer and I hate that I no longer have a relationship with her but fair warning one can appear one way and then do a total switch when it comes to certain situations and that in itself is bad business it's bad for the consumer. it's bad for the Salon she's representing. It is just simply bad so I have moved on as there are plenty of good hairstylist in this world that are good business women and do a good job all the way around so that I don't have a problem, but I'm just wanting to warn the general public that if you do have a problem with her, it's not gonna end good with you even if you are in fact, right also beware of waiting times I have waited on her time and time again and never complained always tipped and just figured that's just business.
