Luai and the rest of the staff are all amazing. We had a last minute appointment (2 hr before) needed for a wedding and the staff were so accommodating to our needs. Four of us needed to get our hair done, which was hard to find a place willing to take us in just a short amount of time however this was a place of GOLD. I would recommend this salon to literally anyone needing their hair done. It's hard to find a place with such good workers AND does an amazing job at hair. We came into town for a wedding and I just needed an updo for this elegant wedding. They did a fantastic job and even did a quick braid in my daughters hair. It was about $160 for both of us to get our hair done. My updo had a little bit more time put into and my daughters braid was pretty quick and easy so I'm not sure what the cost was for each one. Awful experience! I was getting my eyebrows waxed, and the incompetent woman poured the wax onto my hair near my ear area. She didn't use a towel to prevent the spillage. I was LIVID. She did not try to get the wax out of my hair immediately, and it was a gunky mess. She continued to do nothing for another 10 minutes, and the other two people had to work for 15 minutes to get it out. DO NOT get your eyebrows waxed there. They did not follow safety procedures to prevent the wax from getting on my hair. I wasted 30 minutes of my life, waiting for them to scrub the wax out of my hair. I'm thinking of making a phone call to the state regulators for this salon. Also, $40 only covers haircut, wash, and dry. If you want them to actually style your hair by blow drying it, it's another $40. The woman was not a good communicator in telling me the exact cost of my haircut. Oh, and they had the nerve to say my next visit will be free. NO THANKS, I NEVER NEVER NEVER WANT INCOMPETENT PEOPLE TO DO MY HAIR OR EYEBROWS AGAIN. read more

Ive been to this salon a few times and the experience got worse and worse. I've gotten my hair colored and cut as well as my eyebrows threaded. The man who did my eyebrows is also the same person that washed my hair and he did a fabulous job. It was very the owner of the barbershop was the one who cut my hair and colored it and was extremely rude reeked of cigarette smoke. I came in for my appointment and watched him chat on the phone for 10 min with someone , while I sat there waiting until he was off the call. super unprofessional. this place is a dump don't waste your time, unless you like getting your beauty treatments in a zero ambience atmosphere, with dead energy and non-existing, rude Customer Service. This is by far the most worst hair salon in the whole USA. Never in my life have I ever encountered such a horrible hair salon. Let's start with the scamming on prices & the owner's illegal activities. The owner picks and chooses prices for his customers as he feels like. He doesn't even have a menu or price list on his website or at his store because he makes up his own prices and changes them with every customer. I came here in 2 months ago and I was charged $120 for root touch up, toner, trim & hair blow dry. Today I came again to get the same services minus the trim. I was due today for my delivery in pregnancy. I told him I needed to be done & prioritized today because I deliver my baby that same night. He didnt quote me and started doing my hair because I figured the price would be the same as before. He finished and said my bill is $175. I argued and said "Hey you charged me $120 before though and this time I didn't even get a trim." He said "Hey lady you sound crazy because of your hormones. This is my price, why would I change it" HOW INAPPROPRIATE! I went back in the car super confused and hurt because I knew I wasn't lying or confused so I pulled up my credit card statement to see if I was wrong or right. And so I saw that I was absolutely right. I went back in the store and said "Hey sir can I please show you the receipt because you charged me less last time for the same services." He started screaming super loud and raised his voice super high and said "Hey lady what do you want from me and what are you trying to do, you have a labor today, get out of the store and concentrate on your baby." He kept getting personal and harassing me about my pregnancy and passing very insensitive comments. He said "Get out of my store and go to your husband and go have your kid at the hospital". I got very upset and there were many woman at the salon at that time and they all heard everything he said just over a bill. He is from Jordan (arabian country) and clearly has no respect for woman in general. I was already so hurt as it is by his commentary on my pregnancy. He then started pointing at me and started laughing at me hysterically and pointing his finger at me. I was delivering my baby today and he caused such huge distress to my day and made me cry just because I showed him the bill .. I left the store crying and my husband saw me. He was so disappointed because we had been giving him business for a while now. He saw my husband and ran out the store with his face red and embarrassed asking my husband if he knew what happened. My husband said "not today! My wife is delivering and we can't let our day ruin." Then he went back to the store. I let him know i'd be leaving a detailed review about my experience that i had today. He is a very uncivilized, disrespectful, inappropriate, and unprofessional man running this store. I will be reporting this man to business bureau , google reviews and all platforms. He has no right to speak to women this way just because he's arab and in his country men don't respect woman at all. He needs to know that this is not okay in this country under any circumstances. This wont end here. Not only this. He told my husband that he hires people at his store that have no papers, he holds their passports and he pays his employees under the table WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Overall, a nice experience. My first time getting my hair dyed ever, so I was super nervous. When I walked in, unfortunately, there was a strong BO smell. So that was kind of a turn off. There was also a lady with a terrible ombré complaining at the front asking for a refund because her hair was completely ruined. So that was scary!!! But my hair turned out great, I got some blonde highlights. Unfortunately, the hair stylist was a bit rough and my neck is sore from having to sit in an uncomfortable position. She wasn't gentle with my hair either, there was lots of pulling and my scalp is very sensitive. This is a difficult review to write because part of me feels my experience was five-star, but the other part only wants to give them one-star. I am on vacation and needed a touch-up. I was told that the cost "started at $60." The experience was quite good, and I was happy with the service I got. After the color I was asked if I wanted a blow-out, which I said I did. I did not ask if this was included (it is when I have my hair done at home), which I understand was my mistake. But at the same time, I was not told how much this service cost, and I felt VERY ripped off when I checked out and was told the blow-dry was an additional $60, bringing my total to $120. I spoke to a few hairdressers, and they agreed that not only should I have been told about the charge for this, but also that the charge was way out of line. read more

I was in Orlando for my cousin's wedding and booked a hair/makeup appointment for my Grandma, Aunt, Mom, and I at this salon. Do yourself a favor and DON'T make the same mistake we did. It is fitting that this place is in Orlando as we all came out of the salon looking like Disney villains! My grandma's eyebrows were drawn on about 4 shades too dark and her eyeshadow had the wedding guests confusing her with Ursula. My Aunt's false eyelashes made her look like Ezma...thankfully they weren't glued on properly so they were easy to peel off. I'll spare you more makeup details because I don't want to takeaway from the real mess that was our hair! I asked the stylist for simple beach waves. What I got instead was one step short of a perm. I resembled what Mother Gothel would look like if she got struck by lightning...twice! Not only was my hair not the beach waves I requested but there was no way I could salvage it without a shower. It's a miracle the hotel I stayed at had enough shampoo to wash out the entire can of hairspray he used. I could hardly contain my laughter when I was presented with my "final look." The four of us all paid for our overpriced Disney Villain makeovers and laughed our way all the way back to our hotel. I went in for a $35 dollar haircut. After she cut my hair she asked if I wanted it blow dried. I said sure thinking it was part of the haircut. At the register she charged me $70. I asked why it was $70 when I was quoted $35 for a haircut and she said I asked for a blow dry. First of all I didn't ask for the blow dry (I told her I don't blow dry my hair ever) and 2nd after she offered to blow dry it she should have said it's an additional $35! I felt totally ripped off. A friend of mine recommended this place to get the keratin hair treatment so I decided to take my son there to get a hair cut first so I can check out the place. I checked their brochure and had done my homework so decided to go with botox hair treatment instead and I told the lady that this would be my first time and I have pretty soft hair but I just don't like the idea of having to flat iron because my hair curl up a bit after washing, so she suggested to go with botox and I asked her the price is what's listed on the brochure and she agreed so I made an appointment for couple days after and when I sat down on the chair and I explained to the stylist that this is my first time and why I want it done and he said what price were you told, I said $100, he said no it would be more so I asked why was that not mentioned when I was here with my hair, the salon owner saw it and the lady I made the appointment saw my hair so what changed. The owner came and said well now you are talking to me and I am telling you it would be more. So I said well if that's the case then I don't feel good about this whole thing already so let's not even bother and I got up, then the owner said oh we can still do it for the same price. I walked out saying that this whole experience just now left me with sour feeling so I rather not even come back to this location ever again. My son liked his hair cut and I guess I should have asked the price, but I thought $28 for a boy hair cut was a bit much anyway! So they lost my business here for sure. Should stick with the same price policy for all, can't base it on what the person looks like or how much more they might be able to or willing to pay... this is not the Moroccan country you came from !! read more

The lady who cut my hair had no idea what she was doing. I asked for a simple fade and ended up leaving bald. Yea bald literally! Pay the extra uber dollars or drive the extra mile avoid this hair cut place. They suck and also change prices. I was wary at first of getting my hair cut & colored by a 50-60 year old man (most of the stylists I go to are female and around my age), but Moe was so great! I didn't make an appointment so I had to wait a little bit for him to finish my hair so he could help someone who had made an appointment, which was absolutely fine. The salon is very colorful and beautifully decorated, and the employees are very friendly! Moe made sure I was comfortable and even offered me water as I waited for the coloring process to finish. He's been cutting hair for over 30 years now, and his experience definitely shows! He took the time to make sure my hair looked great.
