Unfortunately, my Google review is no longer on Google; I am not sure why, but it's possible the owner reported flagged my review for removal. The owner overpromised, but didn't deliver. I will say, read your contract thoroughly and if possible, record your conversations. In my opinion, I personally think it's a red flag if somebody only wants to get paid via money order or cash. In this day and time, anybody that's doing business the right way would have additional payment options, such as credit card or check; I believe you have more recourse if you pay using one of the other methods. Moreover, I believe the owner violated his professional oath, so I filed a complaint with the State of TN-Dept. of Commerce and Insurance; of course, the State of TN will decide sooner rather than later if Bloodhound Investigations violated the professional code for private investigators...... I hope the owner doesn't respond to the review and release any personal info about my case or say any untruths..... I left a review on 11/01, but the PI and I agreed to continue the relationship because the PI promised certain things. He wanted me to edit the review as a result of the continued relationship, but I told him I couldn't do that because everything I said in the review was the truth. I did remove the review because I was hoping to get him to make things right and I don't like leaving negative reviews, because I know they negatively impact a person's business and livelihood. I have been as transparent with this PI as I could possibly be, and we talked probably 10 times before I signed the contract, so he had a lot of information about my situation. He made certain promises orally, but has denied saying those things. He just keeps referring back to the contract. I understand I signed the contract, but I like said he made certain promises orally. Who wouldn't want a refund, if a business owner fails to do what he or she promised? I am not the type of person, who wouldn't pay for services provided to me. Looking back, I should have continued with my complaint to the State of TN and not removed my review. Ultimately, the State of TN will decide if he violated the code of conduct for PI's and will rule accordingly. I could add the review back, but I am not going to do that..... I am not sure if he is a religious person, but GOD knows what he told me. I am handing this situation over to GOD.....His business practices are questionable and he isn't honest; if you have conversations with this guy, record them. If you can't pay with a credit card or check, I honestly wouldn't do business with the guy/company. 1/26/2021-My complaint (Case #2020093811)through the State of TN against Bloodhound Investigations was closed with a letter to Bloodhound about his disclosure of the personal info (birthdates, social security #'s) of people that he investigated during his search(most of the individuals lived at this apartment complex I lived at years ago) and revealing some info about my case online. The Private Investigation and Polygraph Commission meeting was held on 1/14/21 and the info is public and can be accessed via the TN Dept. of Commerce & Insurance website; my case is discussed starting at 21:20 and ending at the 27:30 mark. My only drawback was not recording our conversations and having more hard evidence of what the PI told me. I will have to decide if I want to file suit against Bloodhound Investigations. Bloodhound investigations is a fraud, this man Kevin Williams is anything but what he claims he is or can do. Only use him for small things, but I don't recommend using him for anything. No, I did not have him working for me, but he was hired by a family member that i helped monetarily to hire him. This man has lied, scammed, manipulated, and taken my family's money. He is NOT as versed meaning knowledgeable about no forms of law. Things he is cable of are things you can do yourself. Just use Google, AI, YouTube, or for that matters ask a friend or enemy! They my call you dumb but it will save you money. He think he has dealt was some uneducated, poor black folk.
