While the work crews differ, and at times work is outsourced, we were very impressed and happy with the results, especially the paver patio. As with everything, things may not always work as expected, however, Superior operational management listens and does rectify any issues that don't measure up. Also bought cauliflower, cabbage, two onions, and a cucumber. All were absolutely delicious for a perfect summer dinner. Sautéed one onion and the cabbage with some bacon. Steamed then Sautéed the cauliflower with some butter. Chunked up the other onion with tomatoes and cucumber and added some dressing for a great little salad. Served it all with some steaks off the grill, and it made for an awesome combo for the dads. I also took advantage of their 6 for 25 jams, preserves, and salsa jars. Got a hot chunky salsa, orange marmalade, blackberry jam, raspberry jam, strawberry jam, and hot pepper jelly. I already used the pepper jelly with some brie for an appetizer today. Our first purchase with them went well and they were helpful with material estimates and planning. As for our second experience with them, it appears they were in a hurry to get the job done and the quality of their work fell short of our expectations. After calling them several times and explaining the issues with their work, we could never get them to come back out to address the problems. We were disappointed in the lack of customer service and the results of the work they did. It has taken an additional six hours of work to correct their mistakes. (Wrong color pavers used, failure to complete the job, use of substandard material, failure to follow up, etc.) I would not recommend them for paver work.

Now that I have my own place, it's convenient to have the Plymouth location. Each location has slightly different stuff so it's cool to check out both places for plants and ideas and Christmas trees!!! EG is the ONLY place I go for Christmas trees. The variety in species and size and quality is the best here. So much so, that for the last +20 years, my best friend and I go together to buy our trees. We make an afternoon of it. Walk around to check out trees, then walk through the store at all the accessories and decorations. Each year we always buy one new ornament. It's such a special tradition and I love that it's English Garden that we do it with.
