Xfinity is trying to ruin my life. We've tried contacting anyone for months and all we get is the AI/automated chat/texting/call BS. They tell us our account is fixed and when we go to log in, we still can't get in, and the cycle repeats. Now they've also added on hundreds of dollars of late fees for a bill that was only late because they have locked us out of our account. I wish I never messed with Xfinity and I warn anyone who will listen to stay away. Xfinity is the worst.
