I called the front desk, was given the number of the office manager, continuously called her and got no response. They did not communicate the correct insurance information after my visit and so I was charged almost $1000 for their mistake. I called to have them rectify the situation (as was directed by the insurance company) and they refused to call me back. Eventually, I got the situation rectified but that experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
