I came to him for a nose job and chin reduction, please don't trust him with either. My nose is at best OK, my scars are visible and my nose constantly runs. But I'm willing to live with this and wasn't even going to mention this because compared to the damage he has done to my chin- my nose is nothing. I will never look ok again. I have to live with what he's done to me for the rest of my life. People often think I was in a fire or some sort of accident(see pictures). I was unhappy with my chin immediately. He put me off and put me off for over a year, I drove the almost hour long drive to his office and he would look and say "ok, well you're still numb, I'll see ya in 3-6 months". Let's be clear- it's been 3 years and I'm still numb. I WILL NEVER HAVE FEELING IN MY CHIN AGAIN. After complaining every time- and he wouldn't listen, in FACT HE BLAMED ME FOR KOSING WEIGHT, which became the beyond annoying. Shaming me for losing weight- why is my weight an issue??? Fact is, he messed my face up and is looking for anything to blame. I REFUSE to be blamed for what his hands have done. For HIM disfiguring me. I'm having a hard time even writing this review because there's so much to cover and it upsets me to tears. I no longer leave my house like I used to, I won't take photos, I hide my chin every chance I get. It's caused relationship issues because I now feel hideous and unworthy of love. I've had to seek out a psychiatrist to help me deal with this. I dont care if anyone thought I was ugly or pretty, I care how I feel when I look in the mirror and the fact is - IVE TAKEN DOWN 90% of the mirrors in my home because of him. I simply can't stand to look at the destruction he has caused. I went to one last follow up, I prayed, I got blessed before I went, I cried and cried the entire way there because I knew he would not fix it and I knew he would shame and blame me about my weight again. This man has ruined my life. PLEASE PLEASE there are millions of plastic surgeons, do your homework and DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN with your precious body. I know it's exciting to think about getting that surgery that you will spend thousands on and hope it makes you feel better about yourself, but he is not the one to trust. See my pictures please. He did this to my face. And now I have to not only live in pain because I promise you my scar hurts and I can't even use my neck properly without a sharp pain and a lot of discomfort, but I'm embarrassed and ashamed of my appearance. This has hands down been the biggest mistake of my life. I will never recover. And I will never feel pretty again. I'm disgusting. Please do your homework. I age an airline job that is very specific about what is need for me to be excused with time off and pay. I stayed what I needed from the stuff the day of the surgery and was told they do this all the time and it will be taken care of. My employer called back needing a revised Dr note within 48 hrs of my procedure. ( it's been 24 hrs ) I stayed this to whoever I talked to and she said it would be Tuesday which is 4 days out and would not be in the time frame I needed my Dr note. When she was not listening to my needs and being solution oriented I asked her to please listen to me and my needs. She hung up on me! I tried calling back several times and she let it go to voicemail! I have never been treated this way by someone after paying several thousands of dollars for a procedure. She is very unprofessional and rude. As for the other staff members and the Dr. They are great. This person should not be working with the general Public as she has horrible communication and people skills

I arrived around noon at Memorial Hermann Pearland because I had a GI problem (could not defecate…read morefor a week and was in a lot of pain) and my Dr. Daraam is there and was supposed be on call. A few hours later I was taken to the back. Dr. Chukwuma, comes in and I explained to him my problem and told him that my back or legs would give out and down on the floor I would go. I thought maybe the 2 issues are related. My daughter, who has learning disabilities, would say or ask something and he would arrogantly challenge her. I asked him about an enema and he said, "Well didnt you do that at home?" I dont have any tools or even an inkling on how to do that, I told him.He said he would talk to me about options after a catscan. They took blood work and asked for a urine sample. I asked for a hat to catch the urine and dont know if it was putting pressure on my rectum but I finally released a very hard large fecal matter. A few hours later Im put in a room and Dr. Chukwuma walks in. The nurse was preparing me for what I thought was an enema. I told the doctor I did release some fecal matter. WITHOUT TALKING TO ME he sticks his fingers inside my rectum while I am screaming in pain telling me to bear down. After the 3rd time I told him if he was gonna do that again, I need something for pain. He stopped. I asked if he got what he wanted and he answered all he could get was "clay".I asked if he went over my test results yet because I got them in an email and he arrogantly answered, "Why? Just because you got then doesnt mean I read them yet!"And again said he would be back to discuss the course of action. Around 5ish, The nurse tells me Im being admitted but not why. She said the doctor would come in to talk to me but nothing. I had to go to the bathroom quite a bit after that and I would see him at the nurses station and I would try to talk to him and he would see me coming and just run the other way. This happened several times. Finally after a few more hours, he comes in and refused to look at me, HE WAS SCROLLING ON HIS PHONE. He tells me I have a kidney infection and need to be admitted to get IV antibiotics. "You want to stop fainting dont you?" He said arrogantly. I told him I never said that and he stated "You most certainly did." My daughter and I looked at him puzzled and she confirmed I never said that. Then my daughter questioned if maybe I got it during the stone removal I had the week before. Dr. Chukwuma got upset again and challenged my daughter as to why she would say that? He left and I did not see him again. Nor did I see Dr. Daraam despite his office telling me several times they would tell him I was there. My husband was a witness to this conversation and was offended. After six hours I was FREEZING in the room they put me with no call button or temperature control. I was verbally calling for a nurse but despite me hearing them laughing and conversing, no one would come. My husband came back with some bottled water as the nurses would only give me tap water and Pearland water is so bad, it causes kidney stones. He took me to the nurses station, shivering so bad and they said there STILL did not have a room ready for me so I left. When I complained to the hospital, their response was that that I was treated "appropriately" DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!

From the reviews mentioned, it seems like Ashlee is the only one with bedside manners. From my first six sessions, I could already tell there was a drastic difference in terms of hair reduction. However, since the area I was receiving laser hair removal was very personal... I also understood, no one wants to see those parts unless they're your partner, so I could tell Ashlee was hesitant on zapping those parts. I received excellent care from everyone at this facility. It really made the colonoscopy procedure process a very positive experience. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and the injector showed no care or compassion during the procedure. What shocked me the most is that I was not offered any numbing or comfort options at all. The procedure was extremely painful, and no one made any effort to make me feel comfortable or explain what they were doing. I came in as a paying client and was treated as if I was getting a free service. This is not okay. When you pay this amount of money, you expect respect, professionalism, and basic care. After having surgery its a pretty vulnerable time, and having a team around me that made me feel taken care of, and like I was in the safest hands, has honestly made such a difference.
